The five, large bedrooms were perfect for our family. It was beautiful, very accommodating and the location on the bay across from the ocean was amazing to view from the huge rooftop deck and easy to walk everyday! Our favorite stay in Mission Beach by far!!

This rental was every bit as awesome as the pictures posted on VRBO! The views were amazing, the living area was large, kitchen had a large refrigerator that kept drink really cold. The bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms for the 8 of us who stayed. Excellent food options within walking distance. Our two favorite spots were the rooftop deck and for me the gorgeous water view from the living room. Drift was great to accommodate a special request we had for checkout. I would highly recommend this property!!!

The unit was clean and well appointed. It was easy to access and we loved the view of the bay. If I had known that the beach outside the building had a commercial generator and storm drain system that smelled like sewage I probably would have booked elsewhere. For the price we paid I expected to be able to use the beach across from the unit, not walking down the beach to get in the water. There were a few other issues with appliances but those aren’t the primary reason for a four star review.

Simply breathtaking!!!

When we arrived at the property, we kept saying the pictures weren’t able to do the property justice! It is so well kept and beautiful! The views from the rooftop deck are breathtaking and we had ample space for all 12 family members.

Large Family Getaway

We had five adults and four kids in the home and it was perfect! The private rooftop patio (SeaWorld fireworks every night), accessibility to the beach (we watched a dolphin play in the bay), and room for everyone to spread out were perks! We were also appreciative of the pop up shade, wagon, and beach gear!

Beautiful, spacious unit right on Mission Bay

My extended family had a fun reunion in this beautiful, well-equipped unit. It is located right on Mission Bay, with scenic views of the Bay from its large windows and rooftop deck. The ocean is just a two-block walk away. The management company was extremely informative and responsive.

Beautiful condo!

This is a lovely condo. Very spacious, nice furnishings and awesome rooftop deck! Beautiful view of bay in front and 360 degree views from deck. Management company responded promptly and professionally to all inquiries ranging from general info about the area to unexpected issue with water heater. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.The area around the condo has many eateries/ coffee shops and small markets which was very convenient I would absolutely recommend this property Our group of 8 was in San Diego for a family wedding and this was a great space for our group.

Excellent Stay

A very clean, comfortable and well supplied home with incredible views of the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop deck. The managers were very quick to respond to questions on two different occasions, including on Thanksgiving day. Very quiet in the condo - never heard the neighbors. Great location on the beach and near playground for families with small children

Well Equipped House

Excellent stay at unit. All bedrooms large size and the kitchen was beautifully stocked with adequate dishes and all spices, etc. We really appreciated that! Only negative is the parking situation. The garage was too small to fit our car and finding parking nearby was challenging. The description should mention limited size of garage. Our stay was excellent and the communication w/ the rental company was always fast and efficient. We would stay again!

College friend meetup

Seven old college friends got together to celebrate our milestone birthdays in Mission Beach/Bay. Found this place to be the perfect location, many places were walkable or a short drive to other areas of interest. We had plenty of room & privacy, and the common areas; kitchen, front room, rooftop deck were great to hang out and enjoy mornings and evenings. Parking was a challenge but not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again. So much to do in the area we decided our trip was too short!

Loved this place!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We rented this apartment and the one across the hall to accommodate a large, multi-generational family reunion. It was a perfect set up for the mix of ages, as everyone had room for down time in addition to gathering in the communal areas. The location next to the bay and close to the beach couldn’t have been better. Communication with the property manager was very quick and easy. We had a few issues with our dishwasher and refrigerator and they addressed everything immediately. Highly recommend!

Perfect for entire family!

We chose this spot for our annual family vacation. The location and accommodations were perfect! Everyone had their own room/bed, the family room and dining table was perfect for all 10 of us, and the proximity to the bay was absolutely perfect for our four grandsons (ages 4, 5, 6, and 7). Having access to boogie boards and a paddle board gave us constant daytime entertainment. The rooftop area was amazing for nighttime bbq's, watching fireworks and sitting around the fire pit. The management company was very responsive! We would definitely stay again!

Great Stay!

This was a wonderful property, with a great location. The kitchen was very well equipped. The upper roof was wonderful--the grill, firepit, seating areas, views of the ocean, and nightly fireworks from Sea World, all helped to make it a special place. It was an amazing vacation shared by three generations. We loved it!

Family Vacation

Our group of 11 (two grandparents and two families with children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this facility. Plenty of bedrooms for all of us and a lovely living room-dining room combined. The kitchen was very well equipped for us to make all of our meals there. The location was ideal for our grandchildren ages four through 15. The ocean was close by for the big kids, and the bay was right below us for the little kids. The washer and dryer were invaluable. Would highly recommend this property for families.

A pleasant stay by all.

It was in a great location. It would have been nice to have gas !!! Also the elevator would have been great to use for groceries and luggage. But it also was not working. The host was very accommodating with trying to make it right.

Perfect for our large family
