Amazing spot.

I wish we could’ve stayed longer! We loved riding the bikes to the beach and exploring the cute little town. The house was so beautiful and had everything we could need. Will definitely recommend this home and rental company to anyone looking for a great place to stay in San Diego.

Weekend getaway!

This place is perfect for families looking for a trip to San Diego! Took the kids for the weekend to go to the safari park and Legoland and could not have asked for a better place to stay: clean, plenty of rooms, warm, and even cozy outdoor spaces. Would recommend to anyone without reservation!

Reunion in SD - Perfect Location

This property is amazing. We comfortably slept 8 people for a reunion trip. The amenities were very nice and it was great to have multiple bathrooms/showers on every floor. I highly recommend staying at this home.

Stay at mission bay house

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and a really good location, close to beach and shops etc. the only complaints we had were related to poor stocking of essential items when staying for 4 days. There were no potholders , dust pan for the broom, tissues, throw blankets, can opener, tin foil or serran wrap. Otherwise it had everything it needed and well kept. Thanks for the nice stay.

Nice house but be super quiet

Loved the house! We got complaint after complaint for hanging out on the patios. We wrapped it up by 9 o'clock every night, but still received a complaint for being to loud at 7 o'clock on a Friday. If you plan to stay here, which the house was in an awesome location, beautiful and very accommodating, just be prepared to be super quiet.

Incredible spot!

Beautiful property! Very clean. Incredible location that is walking distance to everything you need including the beach. Would be five stars but we requested an early check-in that was initially approved 24 hours in advance for no charge (to guarantee early check in is around $140), but right as our guest were heading to the property at the approved early check in time, manager texted that early checkin was no longer approved and the property wasn’t ready. I was already on my way so I checked the property and it was ready unless I wanted to pay $140. Not sure what happened with this communication here but there was no heads up for our guests who were already on their way. Aside from this, the property was everything as advertised. Great spot for adults or families. Great hangout spots on the balconies.

Nice place for family vacation. Kitchen and master bath were not clean when we arrived. Cleaning of property was definitely below expectations. Owners should provide better WiFi service.

Beautiful Beachside Rental

The property is beautiful the owners are responsive and very accomedating. I booked this stay with 11 adults and one 15 month old as a get away for a secret proposal. You can't beat the size and up to date interior this property is ideal for a large family gathering and the home is gorgeous and very spacious, with all the necessities to make it feel like home. I reached out to the owner with regards to possible early check in to help with the travel, which I promptly was answered and also accommodated. I can't see anyone regreting their stay at this beautiful place and am greatful I was able to share this location for a speacial moment for my family it really helped make everything perfect for this moment. Thank you greatly!

You’re going to love it here

All I can say is WOW! We took a group of 8 to San Diego during COVID shutdowns. First off, the management company is amazing. They are extremely professional, responsive and answered my calls on a Sunday! First class service. The home was spotless, clean and made us feel comfortable during such a weird time. Second, the home is perfect for groups. Lots of room, lots of beds, lots of showers! Not only is there space, but they are designed very well! Very high quality furniture, showers, linens, towels.. everything was great! The outside space was perfect for the evening dinners, we cooked out on the grill, or just hung outside to talk and enjoy each other’s company. There is an outside shower to rinse if you came from the beach, or to rinse your boogie boards or other accessories! The kitchen was great for storing food for the week. We went up the street to the local Ralph’s. Bought groceries, cooked dinners and stored goods There is a garage where you can park one or two cars, as well as electrical ports if you’re driving an EV or a Tesla. Super convenient. The house is literally 3 blocks from pacific beach. We were able to get to the beach in 10 minutes without having to find parking. It’s ok the heart of pacific beach. Close to everything! Overall the pictures don’t do the space justice. If youre wondering if it’s big enough? It is. If you’re wondering if it’s priced appropriately? It is. Don’t second guess this home. You will love it!
