Not up to normal VRBO expectation
This property disappoints. The bedrooms are very small (not even enough room for a chair in the en-suite bedroom), and accessed down a small flight of stairs, with the second bath (for bedrooms 2 and 3) at the top of the stairs - very awkward. There’s a bedside light on one side only (there’s not even an outlet on the other side of the bed). The overall condition of the property appears tired and old, with mismatching repaint patches on the walls etc. The website photographs are very deceptive. The furniture looked like it came from a consignment store. The dining table was dirty - we scrubbed it to try to get it clean, but it is old and stained and chipped. The thermostat was coming off the wall (and needed instructions). The Mr Coffee had a rusty base and should have been replaced ages ago. While there was a washing machine, there were no laundry supplies. The windows were very dirty - like looking through a fog. The WiFi information was out of date. And so on . . . . .We did not contact the property manager because we were too discouraged by things that were not immediately fixable to bother with those that could have been.
