Great house for our guys and our 50th birthday trip. Nice and clean; good wifi; large rooms and nice common area. The communication was great and instructions were perfect. Highly recommend and would rent again if back in San Diego.

Incredible view and space for everyone!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Hilltop Hacienda! The views are spectacular! There were 9 adults in our group and there was more than enough space for us all to spread out and have our own private bedrooms/retreats. The owner was very responsive via text, everything was clean and the kitchens were well stocked with most everything we needed. It was fun to watch the planes take off and land. There is noise from the airplanes from 6am to 10pm, but the view outweighs that minor inconvenience. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing Property

The house was amazing. From the views, amenities, cleanliness and accessibility. We were traveling with elderly grandparents and the 1st floor apartment was perfect. The second floor was a great space and we were pleasantly surprised to find a dart board and foosball table. The house was fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware and dishes. The pantry was stocked with a wide variety of spices and other essentials. We also appreciated the welcome snacks, San Pelligrino and bottle of sparkling wine to welcome us. Highly recommend this property and would gladly stay there again if we come back to San Diego.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

The best bit about this property is its location and incredible views. We sat and watched the harbor for hours. We ubered everywhere and found great restaurants nearby. Reading others reviews I think we just had a rough deal with our time there. The patio was not put together, the Sun shade was frayed through and on the floor. The explanation was that it had been windy. Maybe the property manager, knowing that should have swung by to check on everything before we got there. The hot tub was not clean, there was a layer of dust on the kitchen island and one of the doors hinges was broken so that it did not close properly allowing quite a bit of air traffic noise in. For the price and being marketed as a “luxury” rental we just expected something a little more high end. Maybe a shade/screen by the hot tub to screen from the neighbors would be good.

Hand & Ortho does CSM in San Diego

Everything was wonderful. The only thing we needed was a couple more blankets. We used both of the blow-up mattresses. We need blankets on top and underneath. A few more blankets would have been very helpful.

Excellent stay and views

Wonderful property with great views. Had a lot of fun and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Also a lot of helpful tips were on the walls on how to access certain amenities like WIFI and TVs, etc. Overall, would recommend folks to stay here in the future.

Perfect stay in sunny San Diego

This property was a huge hit with all four of our adult children and ourselves. GREAT location. GREAT view. Everyone had their own room and declared the beds super comfy. I appreciated the master bedroom jetted tub after walking all day. A quick Uber to everywhere because the location was so ideal. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful view in a beautiful property

We had a great time with family on 4th of July weekend. The upstairs is amazing all the way around! View, kitchen, master, jacuzzi. We woul definitely stay again. The only complaint anyone had was the upstairs bathroom pocket door. Hard to open & close.

Rental with an Airport View

I don’t remember the Urban Airport location being mentioned but it would be good to know about in advance. I still give the property 5 stars because it is a great house, very well equipped and very well managed! While watching the planes take off and land provided endless entertainment it can be quite loud at around 6:15 AM when flights get going!

Amazing location and views

My family wanted to hit the Zoo and Sea World and this house was in the perfect location for what we wanted to do. In addition to those attractions, you're also so close to so many great food options. I loved the views overlooking the airport and the water. Great sunsets and views in the evening. Since you're right by the airport you do get aircraft noise outside and we slept w/ white noise. If / when I am back in SD, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The views from both living rooms were amazing. The beds and linens were very nice and everything was extremely clean. The kitchen was bigger than we expected and worked great for our family and friends. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place

This place was ideal for our group. Having 2 condos connected allowed people to have their own private time. The view from the deck is beautiful and we enjoyed hanging out there. The place was also walking distance to little Italy which had a farmers market on Saturday. Each room had an AC unit and the rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. We will definitely be back.
