House is a wonderful get away for a relaxing time with friends. The backyard is the main attraction, but the rest of the house is equally as good.

Well equipped kitchen. The slides into the pool were fantastic. We had a great time. April was easy to reach when we had a little problem with the dishwasher. Resolved it almost instantly. If you bring kids, they will love this place.

The backyard was great & the kids had a great time. We were pretty close to the beach but, 4th of July week, parking was a premium. Checking in & out was super easy.Our host April was great to work with

From the outdoor kitchen to the pool complex to the house, all were outstanding! Kids stayed busy and adults enjoyed the hot tub!

Our family of five had an absolutely fabulous vacation staying at this gorgeous home. The house is spacious, bright, airy and super comfortable. The best part of the home is the backyard and pool, which makes you feel like you are on a movie set, SO cool!!!!! The location is perfect, close to pretty much everything you want to do. Our host April was very accessible, checking in on us and right there if we had a question. She made an already perfect vacation even better. We are so sad that we had to leave, however, we will be back!!

This house was absolutely amazing. We had our family of 11 for an anniversary celebration. (11yo to 78). They all had so much fun in the pool. They all loved the slides! Really nice dishes and pieces for a beautiful 50th anniversary dinner. Highly recommended for an amazing vacation! Thanks, April, for being so accommodating!

The main house, pool area, and neighborhood were all just perfect. The pool house was a little bit disappointing as a sleeping quarter, but we were just fine with the main house.

Excellent stay!

House was beautiful - backyard was a blast and was certainly the focal point for our stay. Family loved it! Communication with April was excellent - very responsive to my questions. Beds were comfortable and overall the house had everything we needed - thanks again April for everything!

What a fabulous home for our family of 10 to stay!! We had a couple of minor issues but April was great in getting back to us quickly. the pictures on the site are great but doesn't show how really good the pool area is. We had 5 kids age 9 to 18 and they totally enjoyed the backyard from going down the slide all day long to seeing the Sea World fireworks every night from the top of the slide area. This will definitely be our go to home if and when we return to the San Diego Area.

The back yard and pool/spa/waterslide area were wonderful! Everyone had a great time. The house itself was very nice but could use a litte deep cleaning of tile floors. Beds were very comfy. We tried to use the pool house for our adult kids, but were unable due to the hot temp and humidity and no air conditioning. Thought the fans might help but never really got to a comfortable temp to sleep and after the use of the shower the humidity was super uncomfortable. They ended up just making beds on the living room couches. All in all we had a great time just being together celebrating the newlyweds.

Fabulous Pacific Beach house

Fabulous house with amazing pools, hot tub and slides and amazing views of the downtown and ocean. Location was great and easy to get to, communication was good, and check in and check out process was very easy.

Family time!

Awesome! We really enjoyed everything! The house had plenty of room to have your own space. The backyard was a hit with all. Close to all we wanted to see. Hostess was great and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed just being all together. We don’t get to do that enough.
