Beautiful property just steps from the beach and Belmont Park. The home was immaculate and included beach supplies for enjoyment. I would recommend this location to anyone and would stay again. No AC but open windows and fans work just fine.

Great location and family house

We really enjoyed our stay and had all the necessities we needed. We also loved that foe check out all we had to do was turn the lights off and lock the doors.

Amazing Location

One of the best homes we’ve stayed at in Mission. The convenience of the location beats any flaws we may have had in the home which was not very many. Host was very responsive and friendly. Will definitely be back again.

Spring break getaway 2024

we were a group of 7. two adults and five teenage boys aged 17. this home is in mission beach/belmont park and a quick one minute walk to the boardwalk. truly can't beat the location. the boys could be independent but were always minutes from "home". everything in san diego is accessible. we did have a vehicle so we could do grocery store runs and visit local sights. easy to navigate around for those like us who don't know the area. our host was fabulous and available when we needed him but frankly that wasn't much at all. we would definitely be back. highly recommend.

Mission Beach - Great location

Great walking distant to the beach and Belmont Park! Everything was as described, plenty of space for everyone to hang out, sleep and eat. Owners are awesome communicators! Only issue is the garage, extremely difficult to park an SUV in very small garage off an alley. Decided to look for other parking options after first time of parking in garage. Great view of beach from master bedroom, if there is some way to clean the windows more frequently that would be a great benefit for others to enjoy the view.

Perfect location but it should be mentioned that there isn’t any air conditioning!! Not the worst Vrbo I’ve stayed in but could’ve been better!

Great Family Location

We had a wonderful stay. A few steps to the beach. The place is well stocked, towels, chairs, beach toys etc. Our family of 7 with 3 teenagers a 9 and 7 year old had plenty of room. Great Wi-Fi and TV apps kept them happy at night. The location is great with walking access to restaurants and the amusement park. I found this to be a great location with quick drives to downtown, and plenty of sightseeing places. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

GREAT LOCATION

Thoroughly enjoyed the property. The location was perfect. Anything you want to do or need within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again. Easy check in and check out process. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Amazingly Close to the Beach!

We loved the amenities the house offered….most importantly the proximity to o the beach and being able to walk there in the morning along the boardwalk, and to grab the provided beach chairs and boogie boards and head to the water. Our party was my husband and me, our daughter and her family which included a 12-year old and a 9-year old. The San Diego area also offered a diverse choice of great day trips.

Very Comfortable Open Plan

The house was very comfortable for 4 adults and 4 children. The only issue we had was parking in the tandem garage with SUVs. They didn’t fit. We had to get lucky to park on the street. It worked out. We were right next to the beach, which was nice, and close to Sea World, less than 2 miles away. You could hear people on the roller coaster and people renting next to us, but it was fairly quiet by 10:00 p.m. we had a great stay!

Pretty & Convenient Locale

Great stay overall. Beautiful view. Check-in was delayed and it was difficult getting ahold of our host. Having multiple codes for each door was a mess. Things went much smoother when we were able to use one code for all doors. Also there were ants in kitchen and rooms but that’s also the season. Overall, the place was great.

Wonderful beach house

We chose this property for its location, walking distance to most everything, steps from the beach. It was roomy for the four of us and enabled everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. We were able to connect with friends who were in town as well and have a bbq for dinner and then an evening bon fire at the beach. Really enjoyable and relaxing. The house is clean, nicely decorated and the beach chairs and beach towels were appreciated. Nicely stocked kitchen and all the basics are plentiful (paper towels, laundry det., t.p., shampoo/soap etc). Host was responsive and helpful as well. I definitely recommend this property for a family beach vacay.
