Great location and host

Place was nice and a good layout for our group. Location was quiet but still a short walk to Belmont park and the busier areas of mission beach which we liked. The host was super responsive and welcoming to our group. We enjoyed a day out on a pontoon boat that he rented for us

Perfect Location

Spring Break San Diego

This place was a great location for 2 families visiting San Diego for Spring Break. We were 10 minutes from Sea World and a quick walk to the boardwalk and Mission Beach. We could easily ealk with 4 kids (age 4 to agr 7) to Belmont for fun and food. Just an overall great stay!Did I mention there's a great roof top deck that overlooks volleyball and beach?Jon was so helpful from the time we booked to the time we left. We'll be back!Jon is extremely helpful

Great location and rental for family vacation

This is our second time staying here. Accommodation is perfect for us. Grandparents, parents and 3 boys ages 6, 9, and 11. Lots of room to spread out, 1 block off Mission Beach and short distance to everything. Will definitely be back.

Great place and location in Mission Beach!

My wife, parents, and adult brother and I had a great stay! We enjoyed having space in the open kitchen/living room to spend time together as a family, and enough bedrooms for privacy. The rooftop access was great for watching the sunrise while sipping on a coffee. It was an easy 0.7 mile walk down the boardwalk to Belmont Park and restaurants. Having a dedicated park space was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our time at the house. The house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time on the beach. The owner was so personable and always available to help with our questions. We will definitely use Vrbo again.

Cozy Beach House

We visited San Diego’s largest attractions and found Mission Beach’s location perfect for our family. We loved our stay at the Rodley’s home and was very comfortable. Jon answered calls and texts very quickly and also invited us on his boat for an ocean tour. We are all afraid of being that far in the ocean so we didn’t accept but what a treat to be extended the opportunity. The home is only steps from the beach and boardwalk leading to Belmont Park. The house was very clean with towels, beach towels, shampoo, soap, and smelled very nice. We were only a tiny bit disappointed the outdoor areas were not well maintained enough (for us) so that we could have spent time on the decks but we were honestly not home all that much and wasn’t a huge deal. We would definitely stay here again and would choose this property over another.

Location is excellent; maintenance & cleanliness not so much

Property location is awesome, just steps away from the beach and boardwalk. Bed linens and towels were clean, thankfully. But they only provided the minimum amount of bath towels for our stay. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towels for our stay because they didn’t provided enough for our stay. Kitchen was NOT clean. Found lipstick on at least 3 glasses. We had to clean everything before using it. All the bathrooms need maintenance, especially secondary upstairs bathroom which only had cold water for the shower. It’s a shame because the location is great but the property does need a little tlc.

Beautiful Beach House

This property was perfect for a reunion of old friends. This three bedroom condo allowed us each our own space (including bathrooms). The common areas both indoors and out were perfect for morning yoga, afternoon snacks, dinner prep, sunsets and movie nights. Jon was the perfect host, always quick to reply to questions. He even took us out on a beautiful boat ride in San Diego harbour! The location is amazing! Short stroll to the boardwalk - beaches and the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and comfortable beach stay.

Very nice clean beach home close to the boardwalk. Enjoyed watching beach volleyball from the SW deck. Was great for a family of 6 adults. Wished we could stay longer. Thank you to the owner for the use of his home. Would definitely recommend.

Great property & location

We loved our stay the house was nice but the views on the decks were amazing. You can see everything from the huge rooftop deck! One house off the beach it’s so easy and nice in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our family and would consider booking there again

Exactly what we were looking for and needed.

4 adults and 3 young boy. Size was perfect with lots of room for the boys to play. The roof top was a hit with them as was the location so close to the beach. Everyone was sad to leave and were asking when we were coming back. 😊. Thank you for a great stay and experience for our grandchildren.

Great house and location!

Perfect Getaway

What a perfectly wonderful place for a quick getaway with friends! We found the house to be clean, nicely decorated & perfectly located. Beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable and had nice soft clean linens. Really loved the layout with the kind of “bonus” flat on the first floor and the incredible rooftop deck. The added convenience of having a parking space was just perfect. I would highly recommend this property for your next adventure.
