    The home features three well-appointed bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and private roof top deck. Two additional bedrooms with comfy beds offer plenty of space and comfort for guests. With 3 full bathrooms, there’s no need to worry about sharing space.



    The open-concept living area is bright and welcoming, with stylish coastal decor and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything you need to cook and dine right at home.     Other Things to Note:

    No Smoking • Guest ages 25+ unless family groups • Parking: There is space for one compact car behind the garage, parked tight against the door. Street parking is best. No garage access available • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

    • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

Location, location, location! House is located a few blocks and within walking distance (15 mins) to Pacific Beach and Mission Bay. Also, it is located within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store (15 mins). Property was very clean, nicely decorated and well maintained. Lots of different seating areas provided for good conversations with living room area, den area, outdoor BBQ area, rooftop balcony and long kitchen island, There is king or queen in each of the 3 bedrooms and slept our group of 6 comfortably. Mgmnt Co. checked in to make sure we were comfortable and was QUICK in answering questions. Street parking is not an issue during weekdays but can be tricky during the weekend if there is great beach weather. I suggest renting or bringing own bikes so that you don't have to move your car; plus bikes are a fun way to explore the area. I look forward to renting this property again.

Host exceeded expectations- communication was great. Host checked in to see if needed anything, let us check in a little earlier. The stay was excellent- upscale, comfortable furnishings, luxury linens and pillows (we ended up buying the same for home). Parking was easy out front- there was always a spot available. Sprouts was just up the street for groceries. Would love to stay here again!
