Second time staying at this house this year and you can't beat the location! It is within walking distance to everything, beach, Belmont, Mission Market, and our favorite Lazy Eye Coffee.House is roomy and having a garage to park in is a plus! Chad provides thorough instructions which makes the whole experiemce easy and stress free. My family and I have stayed in two other houses in the South Mission Neighborhood and this one is by far the best.Will book a stay here again soon!

The location is unbeatable- the outdoor spaces are amazing. More than enough room for myself, my husband and our two boys, 4 and 7. Kitchen was fully stocked and all spaces were very comfortable. Chad gave us the best list prior to checking in so we knew what to bring!

Can't beat the location! House is roomy and has everything you need. This is my 3rd beachhouse I've rented in South Mission Beach and by far the best! Will definitely be booking it again!

Wonderful Stay!!

It was very nice, clean and comfortable. I had great communication with Chad the owner and the beach was literally a skip away. Comfortable beds and overall a great place. Kitchen had everything we needed. Tysm!!

Location, location, location!

This house was perfect, I love how it had a garage and they had everything provided. The beach towels were great as well as the beach chairs. It’s one house away from the beach. There was food close by and a cute coffee shop right around the corner. Would definitely stay again! FYI to the owner you need a new umbrella for the front. We were unable to use because it didn’t have a thing to stay open. Otherwise no complaints here! Loved our stay!

Nice Week at the Beach

Beautiful 3BR cottage one house off Mission Beach was perfect for our family. In addition to beach access, there were a number of eating establishments and stores within walking distance. House had all we needed, and we fixed several meals there. Would love to return next time we visit San Diego.

Mission Bay Beach Trip

The house was exactly as advertised. Clean and very well suited for my family of 4. Perfect location one house back from the beach, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and Belmont Park. Easy check in. Would stay there again.

Fantastic last day in San Diego

My son and I were looking for a place to stay for after the movers picked up everything and to celebrate his last few days (for now) living in San Diego. We both like the beach and when I saw this available I jumped on it. Chad was fantastic at communicating with us and making sure everything was clear. There were very detailed directions on how to get there, including onsite parking which is at a premium on the beach. We could see the beach from the living room and patio and caught a great sunset. The unit was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Given the chance we’d definitely come back and stay for longer.

Wonderful stay at the beach

Incredible value for proximity to beach. Could not have asked for a better location for our family. Close to the beach and Belmont Park. Coffee shops and pizza and Mexican food and general market literally around the corner. Easy access to freeways and greater San Diego. Would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Beach House

We had a lovely time at this beach cottage! It was very clean, well stocked, and was in the perfect location! You can see the waves crashing from the kitchen window, and you can be on the beach within seconds of opening the front door! We loved everything about our stay and the host was quick to answer questions and puts a lot of effort into the details.

Perfect place

Awesome house just steps from the beach. Perfect for our winter vacation. Everything exactly as described. Ocean views from patio! If your car is bigger than the garage allows parking can be challenging. Thank you!!

Beautiful beach house next to Mission beach

Great time, lots to do and see. Our Property Manager Chad went above and beyond on helping us with any questions we had and responded quickly to every text or call. The house was very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom basics. Our stay was very relaxing and the beach and board walk are just steps away. Highly recommended.

Perfect beach house!

This is one of our favorite VRBOs! Its such a cute and well-appointed home with great patio space, perfect location and conveniently located near tons of restaurants. We really appreciated the beach gear, especially boogie boards! If you're bringing kids and want to hang out at the beach longer, grab them some wet suits because the ocean is cold!

Beachfront property

Owner provided information in VRBO is not up to date. Said there was minimal toilet paper provided as well as other items so we purchased and brought only to find out items wwere there. So many rules that should be owner’s responsibility. Specifically telling you how to clean and fold beach towels is ridiculous. Cleaning fee should allow for housekeeping to do these tasks. Surely, they can sweep patios. Smoke alarms went off a couple of times and had to be deactivated which left the house with one. Otherwise good location.
