The view was beautiful! We enjoyed being on the beach with spectacular views and hearing the waves. Endless restaurants, stores and cafes within walking distance. Ralph’s grocery store is less than a half mile away. The beach chairs and umbrella were excellent quality and so convenient to use. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful, clean, perfectly located and had a phenomenal view. Unfortunately the pool is down the street not in the building which is not mentioned in the listing. The only other downside was when the sun hit it was abominably hot! There were ceiling fans but they just pushed hot air around. The portable fans in the closet were so dirty we didn't want to touch them much less turn them on. They suggested opening the front door and the sliders facing the ocean and that did help but then the condo was completely open to anyone that wanted to walk in. The condo across from them had a screen door that would be a great addition here.

Great condo with an absolutely gorgeous view! Very clean. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well-stocked. Because of no AC, it was a little stuffy esp in afternoon when sun was hitting condo directly…there were plenty of fans to use when sleeping which helped a lot. Internet was very spotty. The condo is close to many bars & restaurants…walkable along the boardwalk! Would def stay here again.

Blissful By The Beach is right!

The view steals the show! Walking into the unit for the first time is pretty breathtaking. Floor to ceiling windows with unobstructed views of the ocean. You really can't ask for much more. The unit was clean and safe! The only bit of warning is that the underground parking has a clearance of 6'6"....we rented a Grand Wagoneer that was 6'5.9" tall, so it was scary to park. ;)The beach supplies were great and put to use. Thank you so much for being a part of an amazing vacation!

The apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed. Lots of cookware, flatware d dishes. Towels and sheets were nicer than they had to be. Lots of beach toys, boogie boards, etc. Among the best units we have rented.

Spring break get away

We came out with our family for spring break. We have young kids- 5,4,20 months. The condo was in a great location, right off the beach. The beds were comfortable. The condo had everything we needed! There were lots of restaurants near by. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beauty by the beach

I so appreciate how seamless this process was, I was able to contact the property owner or management whenever needed, and they were very pleasant to deal with. The amenities were perfect, we had everything we needed, and the view from our living room and bedroom were priceless. The area is beautiful, the people were very kind, and there were ample Options for restaurants nearby. We will definitely return to this location. Thank you for making my birthday weekend so enjoyable.

Suited our family perfectly

The property had plenty of room for our family of 5 (4 adult-sized). The ocean views and beach access were perfect! Loved the sounds of the ocean and the ocean breeze. Comfortable beds and pull-out sofa. Well-supplied kitchen. The pool and hot tub were just around the corner downstairs and were good when we wanted to swim/soak. We lacked for nothing. They provided a nice selection of beach accessories as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Unreal setting

We were floored to realize that we would be sleeping right next to the ocean and its ocean breezes. What an amazing setting! We were comfortable and grateful for the great setup of rooms and living space for our large family. We would love to return!

Great view condo, but...

The condo has a pretty view, but is dated. Old, worn furniture. NO AIR CONDITIONING made it uncomfortsble and humid. No washer/dryer in the unit was very inconvenient when you're staying at the beach! Pool old and dirty, hot tub not working.

Dream Fulfilled

For YEARS, we’ve dreamed about renting a condo at Capri by the Sea. It lived up to our expectations and more! The views from the living room and master bedroom were breathtaking. The building is literally steps from the beach. We stayed on the 9 Floor and it was spectacular. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and cookware for homemade meals. We were pleased the Keurig had the brew/drip coffee option as we are not fans of pod made instant coffee. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs and the beach umbrella was a nice touch for sunny days. Our daughter arrived a couple of days after us and it was convenient that she could get a parking spot in the parking lot east of the building. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were out of commission during her stay but we prefer the beach anyway! Excellent restaurants and bars are within walking distance. We did venture away from the beach for our anniversary and it was a quick 25 min drive to Gaslamp Quarter. We are already planning our 2024 trip to Capri, this time with all our kids and grand babies.

The Best VRBO

I’ve stayed at plenty of VRBOs and this one topped them all. They got the big things right: clean, safe, spacious, well furnished. They got all the small things right: beach supplies, comfortable bedding, extra towels. The highlight by far was the view! This place is highly recommended.

Perfect Beach Spot

This was our first trip to San Diego and I could not have been more happy with this rental. It is literally right off the beach overlooking the ocean with a sweet view and close to every activity we had planned. Equipped with beach toys for kids and adults. Loved that we could use the grill on the roof. Nice and quiet (other than that wonderful sound of waves crashing onto the beach). Thank you for sharing this sweet place, I hope we can come again!

Aesthetically Beautiful

The Condo was aesthetically beautiful with ocean front picture windows in the living and master bedroom. The condo was up to date with furniture in excellent condition and granite counter tops in kitchen. The location was great. It is in walking distance to the beach, stores, and resturants. The grills were on the roof top and the facility cleaned the grills every day. We really enjoyed roof top dinners at the picnic table during sunset. The pool area was kept clean and we enjoyed the hot tub. The chairs in the pool area were falling apart and needs to be updated. It is rated for 8 people but there were only 5 beach towels. The tub in the main bathroom does not drain properly and will build up with water after every shower. The dish washer does not rinse properly and leaves and soap residue so we hand washed dishes. Overall great experience. We would definitely come back again.
