  • Esta espaciosa casa es un maravilloso refugio para familias y grupos que buscan una escapada llena de diversión junto a la playa en el soleado San Diego. Esta propiedad está ubicada en la parte más excepcional de San Diego. Sal por la puerta principal y estarás a menos de una cuadra del océano o dirígete en la otra dirección y dentro de una cuadra puedes sumergir los dedos de los pies en la bahía y la tabla de remo. A pasos del parque Belmont y de los restaurantes.

    Home ofrece una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, con temática playera chic, televisores grandes de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y en el dormitorio principal, ropa de cama, toallas, diversos suministros, sillas de playa, toallas de playa, etc. tu conveniencia. ¡RARO tener un garaje para 2 autos y NO en tándem!

    La casa adosada cuenta con vista al mar desde la cocina, plano de planta abierto luminoso y luminoso, cocina mejorada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, alfombra cálida, ventanas nuevas con persianas de plantación, un bar con fregadero, espaciosa suite principal con baño adjunto y balcón. Las habitaciones 2 y 3 tienen un baño completo de tamaño completo, una habitación con una cama King y la otra con una Queen. Hi all! Great property with a great location. AC is a portable AC unit that does cool well in the main living area. Just steps from the beach and communication with the owner/host was great. We messaged before/during/after the stay which was nice. Pricing was fair and similar to all other properties in the area. We had a great stay.

Beautiful

Geoff made the check in easy peasy, the cleaners got done early so we were able to get in and enjoy the area a lot sooner than expected.

Had a great time at this property! Enough room and very comfortable. Exactly what they said is what you get… no surprises. The only thing we didn’t notice was they have carpet in hallway where rooms are and up the stairs. Didn’t realize that but glad cause it may have stopped me from renting and shouldn’t have. It was clean and didn’t bother my allergies. They have lots of family games. The host was amazing… proactive and very responsive. One of the best beach houses I’ve stayed at. Very close to Belmont Park… more family fun!

Summer Vacation

My family and I stayed in this property for 7 nights. Very comfortable, spacious, and CLOSE to the boardwalk (great for kids). I would definitely stay here again.

Great house and location near the beach!!

This was a golden goose of a property. It was a wonderful stay and accommodated our family vacation really well. Not only is the location just the best, it has parking!! The bed in room we stayed it was ridiculously comfortable. The house had all the necessary amenities and tons of beach equipment. We will definitely be back!

Best beach house in Mission beach

Great location, loved that you have a 2 car garage, walking distance to everything. Not far from amusement parks at all, and the host is great! There is a lot of space and the house is so clean great place to stay highly recommend

Close to the beach

My family and I stayed here, it was so beautiful and spacious. It had a great view from the kitchen and so close to the beach! The two car garage was so helpful with parking. Kitchen was fully stocked and had huge windows. Some minor things but overall perfect! Would absolutely love to come again!

Great location, short walk to beach and short drive to most attractions. Check-in seamless, good communication from host and property manager. House was clean and well equipped with adequate linens, kitchen supplies. Etc.

Fabulous beach house

We absolutely loved this place. There was plenty of space for a mom and 5 teenagers. The decor and furniture made it warm and comfortable. Great kitchen with gas stove and fully stocked. We were able to cook meals all week. The location was ideal, one house away from the beach, you can see the ocean from the kitchen table. A short walk to Belmont Park, and we loved eating at Kojack’s and the gelato place. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great location! Plenty of room. Beach stuff. Side note: there was only one garage door opener. Not a huge deal, just wanted you to know.

Great location

We loved the proximity to the beach, yet quieter ambiance. Furnishings, supplies and beach gadgets were all enough for family of 8. We loved the garage and parking flexibility. The only minus is non existing balcony but we knew that when we booked. The place would be extra amazing if there would be a roof top. All in all we had a great stay. Thank you!

Christmas gift

My husband & I gifted our 2 kid’s & granddaughter with a trip to San Diego for Christmas. They both had items on their bucket lists that we worked on. The location was perfect for us. Once we parked after visiting the zoo or other attractions we walked to places to eat & the beach. Belmont Park was an added plus on Friday night. The condo was very clean & had every thing that we needed to be comfortable. I never needed to call the owners because everything was communicated before I arrived & I never needed anything from him. I would consider that a successful trip. Thank you very much for sharing your adorable piece of sunshine. We will be coming back.

Best Location in Mission Beach

All about location. Steps from the beach, a block from shops and restaurants, perfect. Place was clean and as listed. Check-in was easy. Garage is amazing to have but tight. Two mid-size SUV's fit, but anything larger would be tricky. Street parking can be far from unit. No AC other than floor unit in living area. The weather was perfect and we did not miss it, but be aware. Large ceiling fans are in each bedroom, and you get the ocean breeze on the west side bedrooms. Communication with management was quick and helpful. Wish balcony was larger to be able to sit out on with family, but now just nit-picking. 10/10 would stay again.
