We have been staying down on Mission Beach for many years and this is one the best places we have stayed. The property was clean and exactly how described. The kitchen had everything you would need. The outdoor spaces were great and had plenty of room for everyone to sit. I would definitely rent here again.

Great place, walking to so much, had everything you needed for the beach, they thought of everything. Coming from east coast it was great to have all that. Perfect for our family to relax for a week. Erin was great and welcome instructions were perfect.

We rented this house for a group of us attending a family funeral. Everything was in great order, it has a great layout and it is in easy walking location from some of our favorite spots on the beach. Loved the balcony and open family area. It is best to only have one car, but so nice to have a garage to park in!

The house was in the perfect location for walking to eat, play and exercise. The beach and board walk was 3 doors down for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets . Anywhere else we needed to go was less than a 20 minute drive. It was great to have our own parking too. We were able to fit a suburban in the garage.

Loved loved loved staying here. This is the perfect location a few houses down from the boardwalk. It’s honestly better than staying right along the beach because there’s way more privacy.Super easy to check in and we had a very comfortable stay. We especially appreciated all the items available for the kids, such as bins of toys, some books, and beach toys.This place has everything you need! Don’t hesitate! Book it!

This rental was super clean and had EVERYTHING we needed! We had family members from 8 years-74 years and everyone was completely satisfied [thanks for the bins of toys!]. Many activities/restaurants were walkable and having onsite garage parking was so handy. The location made trips around town very easy. We appreciated the quick responses to the few inquiries we had. Housed 2 couples and 2 adult children comfortably. 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Baths. Second floor is the perfect gathering spot for 6 or more people. The family room opens up to a spacious, well furnished balcony. The kitchen was impressively stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, plus essentials like salt and pepper, paper and cleaning supplies The fire pit and gas stove on the first floor patio were in excellent condition. The garage housed our mini van and compact car, though it was tricky getting both cars in. There were lots of quality beach toys and chairs in the garage. We didn’t have to buy or rent anything. All three baths were high quality and well stocked with towels and paper supplies. There is a continuous water heater so we never lacked for hot water. The location is great. Just a few steps to the coast and a couple blocks to the bay. Quiet and safe neighborhood close to coffee shops and restaurants. Our son lives in San Diego. We have visited 3 times and this is our favorite property of all. We will stick with this house in the future.

This was a great location for an adult family of 5. Close proximity to the beach and to town. Nice to have a parking spot. House was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking/bbqs at home. Property management/Homeowner was very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!

The location of this property was incredible!! In the middle of the block gave privacy but just steps from the ocean and the bay. They had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your time on the beach. My youngest daughter was so thrilled to have toys to play with and everyone else loved sitting on the patio. I would recommend this house to anyone with a mixed age range family. Seriously considering booking it again in the future!

This vacay home exceeded all expectations. Location was perfect, walking distance to bay, beach, restaurants and coffee. The house was clean, plenty of storage and a big kitchen. Love that the house had basics like oil, sand and pepper, zip lock bags. The kids toys and beach items made our stay relaxing and fun for the kids. It saved us packing beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. The beds and pillows were comfy and the sheets were high quality. I would recommend and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location cannot be beat. Loved being able to stroll out to the beach. Plenty of space for everyone and a nice porch. Erin was helpful and there were plenty of nice beach toys and gear provided.
