We had an incredible time in Mission Beach, and this beach house is perfection. The property management team is one of the best we've ever worked with on vacation-helpful, responsive and seemed genuinely committed to us having the best vacation. The location is wonderful-steps to the beach, on a really special court with a mix of rentals and long-time home owners. We parked our car and didn't drive it until we left as we were able to walk everywhere we needed. We spent most days at the ocean boogie boarding and building sand castles, as well as hanging out front. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.Also regarding parking, which is tough in this area, my Highlander just fit in at a 45 degree angle. I needed to be guided in, and it was tight but it did fit. Our Rav4 would have definitely fit, but again at a 45 degree angle.We had an amazing time and hope to return again!

Great location! Well maintained.

The location was perfect for us with walking access to beach and dining. Communication with property managers was excellent and everything worked as described. Property is well maintained and consistent with in line images. We would stay here again.

The property was not as nice as it looked in the photos. The beach chairs were rusty and a bit shabby. The upstairs loft deck could use some improvement. I requested a one-hour late check out which they tried to charge $100 for despite not having the place ready at 4 pm charge $100charge me for

Cozy house

Very cute place and comfortable; nice amenties. Comfortable bed able to see the ocean and hear the waves. I gave it a 4 stars only due to check in time seemed very late and check out was at 10:00 am which was ok but cleaners came early and we seemed rushed.

Great location!

We had a great stay at this property. We had what we needed and the accommodations were comfortable. The only recommendation would be for there to be some fans available. It’s an older home so the air doesn’t make it to the 2nd and 3rd floors well. We were able to have windows open but some fans to move air around would have made things perfect!

Great beach location, great property

We had a great stay at this property. Just a few steps from the beach the location can’t be beat. The description and photos are accurate - only good surprises at this property. The communication with the host company is the best I’ve experienced through a rental platform. Quick friendly response to all questions. Clear check in and out instructions. The house is very well equipped - everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of linens, beach chairs, etc. What makes it special are the nice extra touches that you don’t always see: paper towels, paper plates and napkins in the kitchen; a Brita pitcher and new filter; quality TP and tissues; hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each bath. All the light switches are clearly labeled. Fly fans - and batteries in the drawer to replace them when the die. These are the little things that make you feel like an appreciated guest. We will rent this spot again. I highly recommend it.

A short walk to Mission Beach

This property is as listed, but even more maintained in person. Great location, quiet court and management is quick to text or Email back if any questions arise. Also, well-equipped with kitchen products, towels, some beach chairs and laundry was helpful. Would come back here again! Shoutout to Rosemarie's for a great lunch or dinner!

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was air conditioned, which was a bonus! Fully stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, and beach chairs. Very clean, great location! Just be aware that the garage works for small cars only.

Great location, nice place

The pictures make the property appear bigger than it is, but it’s a great location and great property. As stated, the garage is small, parking on the street was our only option, our suburban would not fit :). Not really an issue, but we really lucked out. There were beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. Nice kitchen, nice bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.
