The location was fantastic! We walked to the beach, the bay, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, kayak rentals and everything in between. When we did have to drive to enjoy other parts of San Diego it was not a problem because there are spots to park 3 cars on the property. This much parking is truly rare in the area and wonderful for our group as we all arrived from different locations.The bedrooms and bathrooms were just as pictured and the kitchen was suitably stocked with everything we needed for our stay.The host, Michael, answered all of our questions quickly and was accessible during our stay via messaging on VRBO or by text. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Mission Bay.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. It is spacious and well appointed. We had an issue with a fur baby and our hosts were very gracious. We left something important behind and our hosts worked with us to have a family member retrieve it. They took excellent care of us.

It's a great location and the owners are great and easy to communicate with. And it's a beautiful and clean home. Great kitchen if you are wanting to cook your own meals. And there is a lot of room. The dining table is big and beautiful and all the bathrooms are really great. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is for the following: (would've given 4.5 but you can't do that...)The parking is quite tricky and we didn't feel like this was clear when we booked the property. There is also no ac which for the time of year was totally fine, but would be hot in the summer because there are 3 floors. It was warm even in Oct when we got home at the end of the day. This was ok, because it cooled off enough at night and we opened windows and turned on the fan, but for some this could be uncomfortable because of the humidity. It is also hard to see in the pics that the layout of the place while 2000 sq ft is 3 floors stacked on top of each other, so there's not a big hangout space for everyone, like to watch a movie... The Wi-Fi is also touchy... Worked at times but was often glitchy. We had someone who needed to work during the day and the Wi-Fi was a challenge. Over all this is a lovely place in an amazing part of town with great views and great property managers.

We have stayed in this house several times. We are already booked for next year. There is plenty of space for our families and close to everything we love. The new patio addition is great for hanging outside. Plenty of parking makes it stress free on street sweeping days. The house is clean and modern with all of the amenities that families need.

Beautiful Beach House

We had such a wonderful time on our annual family beach vacation. Perfect location to beach, shops and restaurants. Quiet area, super clean, spacious rooms and great view of the bay. Nice patio area for your coffee in the mornings and games at night. Michael was very attentive and easy to get ahold of if anything is needed. Looking forward to staying here again.

Family Vacation

I recently stayed with 3 kids & 5 adults. The house is very spacious with plenty of room! The house is very close to the bay & ocean side. There were plenty of beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, & sand toys. The host Michael was very timely in responding to any questions that I had. We all had a great time & I would rent this house again !

House was beautiful as well as the area around ! My whole family loved it . There was 14 of us and we still had room in house . Walking distance to the beach as well as the bay. Only downfall was the parking it does have three car parking available, but we do have bigger vehicles so it was a little bit hard to park but eventually managed to get settled. Will definitely be planning another trip out there.

Marine Graduation Day

We booked this residence so the family could attend Graduation ceremonies at the Marine base. The accommodations were exactly what we needed. The house was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. We grilled steaks one evening and enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. The home was family friendly and the perfect environment for our family. We loved it and would book again.

Perfect property and location for a beach getaway.

The property was perfect for a friends and family long weekend at the beach. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room. Location is fantastic with quick walk to both the beach and the bay. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and things to do nearby. The owner is very responsive and a great host.

A family of four last days of summer getaway, two young adults had their own rooms and bathrooms! plus a room for the parents, we brought games and boogie boards but the place is stocked up with both, Wi-Fi very good, very comfortable layout but it has stairs like almost all beach houses of this size great courtyard area, small /mid size parking but a big plus, can't beat the weather but we brought fans for better cooling at night .for us it was a great fit of a house. Thank you L and M for opening your beach house for our family to enjoy.

Fantastic place

Perfect loo, between the bay and beach! Walking distance to many shops and pizza and ice cream! Kids really loved it. The place is very roomy and bright and airy. The owners take a lot of pride in their property! We will be back! Thank you!

Wonderful location

Perfect location just super short walk to Pacific one direction or to Bay the other direction. All 3 rooms had own bathrooms and decent size kitchen. Parking is difficult with large car so we had to always have someone grt out to guide into alley. Address is actually on a pathway, not a real street. Great find and easy to get to many food, shopping, and beach places. Definitely recommend!

Our stay at this beach house was exceptional, just steps away from the bay, boardwalk, and restaurants. The well-equipped kitchen and spacious layout provided everything we needed, including child gates for safety. The sofa sleepers were surprisingly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. The highlight was easy beach access, allowing us to make the most of our time by the water. Overall, this beach house exceeded our expectations with its great location, amenities, and thoughtful touches. We can't wait to return for another perfect getaway!

Spring break vacation

We just recently stayed here at the beach house! Michael was very easy to work with!! The check in process was great, we arrived late, and he was able to help me get into the house quickly! The house lay out was great! Plenty of room for our group of 9. 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms plus an additional bathroom on the second floor! The views of the bay from the upstairs rooms were wonderful!! The parking was a bonus! One mid size suv in the garage and one suv outside. We couldn’t be happier with our week in SD! We will definitely be back to this house!
