It has 2 pergolas; one is covered with the passion fruit vine and has a Mediterranean feel when enjoying a beverage under it. The other has a table with seating for 8 people, programmable colored lights, and an electric heater. For those who love to grill, the outdoor BBQ area is perfect for cooking up delicious meals and enjoying them alfresco.

    Challenge your family and friends to a game of pingpong or cornhole, adding a bit of friendly competition to your stay. The large patio provides ample space for outdoor dining and activities, making it the ideal spot for family gatherings and celebrations. Whether you`re enjoying a sunny afternoon or a cool evening, this backyard is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

    We have 2-3 spots in driveway and additional parking on street in front of home. Garage is not available for parking.

    As a guest, you will have access to the entire property, including the private backyard and 2 driveway parking spots.

    We live in town and are always available by messaging on the app for your needs. We respect your privacy and visit the property only if you request us to for your needs. We pride ourselves on being responsive hosts so if there is anything you need at all please don`t hesitate to reach out. We have negotiated with BabyQuip to offer our guests a 10% discount to rent everything you`d need for your little one’s stay. They will deliver Pack N Plays, cribs, high chairs, car seats, toys, and more, and they will even set everything up prior to your stay. Please inquire for the custom link to set up your order and receive your special discount!

    ☀ Garage cannot be used for parking.


    ☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor in the Living Room under the thermostat. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.


    ☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.


    ☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.
    HOUSE RULES:
    **Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host without refund.**
    1. No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 12 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
    2. No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.
    3. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
    4. Must be 25 years and older to book.
    5. No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No other species allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.
    6. Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.
    7. A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.
    8. No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.
    9. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.
    10. All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 8% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)
    11. Additional rules may be posted at the property or provided in materials/information at the property.

    THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.

    LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates (the “Occupancy Term.”) Check in shall be no earlier than 4:00PM on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than 10:00AM on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guests shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out.

    QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8 AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. If stated in the listing, a Minut noise monitor will monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are

Table tennis was hardly playable due to poor condition of paddles and balls. There was not a single good ball or paddle. The spa had so much chlorine, some clothes were ruined. Grill was annoying to light due to hanging igniter, and toilet paper holder fell off. Other than that, the house was beautiful and perfect for our stay

Great Stay

House is ideal for two families or any combination of adults equally 10 people. I loved the floor plan. Two bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs (5 beds that sleep two and a futon), a spacious kitchen and eating area along with a comfortable living room with a couch that easily can sleep 1-2 people. The backyard offers lots of different seating options and is great for eating, lounging, and playing ping pong or cornhole. The neighborhood is residential but just blocks away from access roads to wherever you need to go. I would highly recommend this property for families or adults with plans in San Diego.

Very Spacious and Accommodating

Everyone loved the place. There was plenty of room for our large group and plenty of kitchenware for everyone. It was an excellent place to stay - spotless and well-maintained, and we will book another stay again.
