Quick Trip to the Beach

We absolutely loved this property. Originally being from San Diego I know the area well. This location is perfect for your stay in Pacific Beach! It’s clean it’s safe and overall wonderful. The parking situation is not ideal. We were able to find street parking every day though. The parking spot is truly for a motorcycle or a very, very tiny sub, compact.

Spring Break trip with family

The property was as described and shown in the pictures. Location was great. We used it as a home base for the zoo, LEGOLAND, and many beach trips. Would stay here again. Would consider a larger place with more outside areas if staying with children, but the beach is your backyard here. Check in and check out were seamless. Kitchen was well stocked. Bbq outside and the gas fireplaces - in and out - were easy to use.

Place was wonderful, beautiful views and beautiful neighborhood. Owner of the home was a great host, very nice and super sweet. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, we all had so much fun.

Graduation Visit

We enjoyed our stay, it was steps away from the beach. A really beautiful location. Lots of foot traffic, but a very good spot for a VRBO. The management company was very kind and responsive. We did have an issue with the hot water in the unit, it was spotty at best. The company that runs the unit, was very very good to us, they immediately offered a solution.

Beautiful property with ocean views

We had the best time on vacation. This home was spacious and perfect for 2 families of 4 that included 2 kids age 3. Ocean views from the kitchen, wine by the fire pit at night while BBQ-ing, an easy, paved walk down to shops and restaurants right on the beach. Sunsets were a great way to end the day. We had 2 cars and were originally concerned about finding parking for the second on the street, but it was never an issue and always had a spot directly in front of the gate to the house. The house had toys for the kids, beach chairs, towels and all the necessary things to make our stay comfortable. Each room had a TV with easy access to our streaming services to watch family movies at night. Vacation to remember and we would definitely come back!

Beautiful

The pictures of the views did not do this home justice. The location is perfect and you can see the whole ocean and pier from the kitchen. Maybe we missed it but one of the bedrooms has a curtain and not a door so just something to note. We had a wonderful stay and the host company was extremely responsive and available. Would highly recommend!

Great location with outstanding views.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in a fantastic location and laid out to capitalize on the ocean view for the kitchen and outdoor patio. Nice bedrooms and sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is stocked nicely. Overall a great stay. We look forward to staying here again.

Awesome location

Spacious house in wonderful location. Bedrooms are bright and beds are comfy. Tv In every room was a bonus. Kitchen is well equipped, stylish and large. The only downfall of the kitchen is that the refrigerator is difficult to open. Right arm still hurts from the week. No beach chairs included. Purchased 4 and hope they are still there for other guests.

Wonderful Location

My family enjoyed our stay everything was perfect and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants and shopping at walking distance. The beach was steps away. I do have to say that if you get the lower level you will hear everything going on upstairs. During our stay we repeatedly received text messages about us being to loud when we were not even at the house or already sleeping. The management company was very helpful and even accommodated our late check out for a fee of course. Overall we would definitely recommend this place to stay and look forward to returning.

Perfect location

This place is so beautiful! Plenty of room and a great size kitchen. However it was not listed that the back two bedrooms do not have A/C vents in them (at least I don't think it was) and you can heat the residents upstairs at all times.

Beautiful home in convenient location

The house was gorgeous and very clean. We enjoyed the view from both the patio and kitchen. The kitchen is very well supplied with enough pots, pans and utensils to cook a nice meal but lots of restaurants are within walking distance.

Gorgeous Location, Cute Beachy Property

The photos of this condo did not do it justice! The location was perfect and the view from the kitchen / patio was beautiful. There was a lot of space to relax, and the outdoor patio was especially nice to spend time at. It was easy to walk back and forth from the beach, and to local shops.

Wonderful Home with Ocean Views!

We stayed at Surfside One in Pacific Beach with our children and had a wonderful time! Plenty of Beach toys (surf boards, boogie boards, etc.) in the garage to play with. The location was excellent! You can effortlessly see the beautiful Pacific out the windows of the kitchen. The kitchen was well outfitted with pots, pans and a great SubZero fridge. The only drawback was having a tenant above us and hearing their footsteps from time to time. Beds were comfortable as was the couch! Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks for the wonderful memories!!
