Perfect location with gorgeous sunset views! All the amenities you need for a fabulous stay. Decorated in beach themes which added to the atmosphere. The garage parking was a huge plus.

The kitchen facilities are excellent, even though we didn't really use them for cooking. The living room, bedroom and bathrooms were all good and provided a comfortable stay. I was disappointed that there was no BBQ, as advertised and visible in photos. Also, the curtains in the living room need to be repaired. Some of the curtain panels are missing. Having said that, my wife and I stay in Newport Beach or Mission Beach for one or two weeks a year. I grew up in Long Beach and have to return to the beach to put my toes in the sand at least once a year. This was the nicest place we have stayed and will return. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, on the beach, amusement, shopping at Ralph's or CVS, or driving to other recreational experiences. I am happy to recommend staying here.

Spring Break Stay

Great property! We loved the location, watched dolphins every morning from the balcony in late March. Well stocked with beach gear and kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Well equipped and nicely furnished in a great location. Garage door didn’t open for a day so couldn’t get to the car or go anywhere. Rained one night and water leaked through the ceiling onto the bed where I was sleeping. I woke up wet and bedding was soaked. We would rent again as it is a nice place

Amazing location for small family!

This place didn't disappoint. Location is almost perfectly between mission and pacific beach right on the boardwalk. Garage that is shared with one other tent keeps your stuff safe. Two nice bedrooms with great bedding. Kitchen is nicely appointed and deck was adequate for the four of us in the evenings and early mornings. Views are astounding and the ocean breeze was amazing. Master bathroom is worthy of a high end resort and laundry facilities are a nice touch for longer stays. Other than the main TV losing its mind it was perfect!

Family beach escape

Our family of four had a wonderful time staying at the beach! The location of this condo can’t be beat. The second floor balcony is great for privacy and the view is awesome. Inside the condo was clean and well maintained. We all enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back again!

Amazing location, Could use a deep clean

This property is in a great location. Check in and out was easy. Having access to beach toys and chairs was awesome. It is a more low key part of the beach, somewhat noisy at night with windows open which we needed to keep cool. While there are some upgrades here, the whole property needs a really deep clean as cupboards, walls, and baseboards, etc are somewhat grimy.

Light and comfortable beach rental

This building is in an ideal location for walks and shopping, about halfway between the jetty and the crystal Pier. The grocery store is an easy 15-minute walk. The condo is sunny and filled with light. The furnishings are attractive and comfortable, but also sturdy (good for kids) the kitchen is very well stocked. We loved the large balcony and the gas fireplace., and appreciated the use of beach chairs and towels. The bathroom could use a door for warmth, but that is minor.

Fantastic place

This was a great place for my family (wife and I and a 3 year old). The location is great as it’s right in between Belmont Park and Pacific Beach. Due to this the beach is not crowded in front of the unit. Only people there are ones staying in that area. The place itself was perfect for our family. This is definitely a place we would be willing to stay at again!

The condo is very nice, located between lifeguard stations 18-19. The condo is convenient, close to eating places and grocery stores. We hope to stay again in the future.

Sans Leak, A Perfect Vacation.

Location! Location! Location! Vacation!! Beautiful property as advertised. Perfect location near food, shops and amenities. Garage parking spot is key. All the beach toys, towels, coolers, board games etc. provided. Washer/dryer in unit. 3 stars because unit above had a pipe that leaked into the kitchen 5 of 7 days I was there and I had to call SDVR 3x and email 2x to get a response. Would stay again with a leak clause.

Great location and a well-appointed condo

It's nice being on the second floor overlooking the strand. People can't look right into your unit. Parking in the garage was great. Eric at management couldn't have been nicer.

Beauty at the Beach

Loved our 3-night getaway to this gem for our 20th anniversary. Perfect location right on MB Boardwalk. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed in MB. Amazing shower and tub in master bath. Check in was extremely easy with the keyless entries to front door and garage. Very happy we had a garage as parking in that area is not easy. The unit shares a 2-car garage with another unit but the space is deep so you can park two cars behind each other. Only thing I would like to see the property managers address is I don’t feel the floors were cleaned all that well. We don’t wear shoes inside most of the time and the floors were gritty. Don’t know if that is the salt air when you have the patio door open or lack of proper cleaning. Other than that aspect, the rest of the property is quite clean and maintained. We would return again.

Great condo! Just as advertised.

Fantastic property and location. Would definitely recommend and come back again. There are a few things that can be improved though. The vertical blinds in the living area need to be replaced with something more durable. Individual slats were constantly falling off when opening/closing. Also, the drain in the master shower plugged up on the last day sending water into the bathroom and master bedroom. This needs to be remedied as its been mentioned before by other renters. Other than that we loved the place.

Perfect condo on Mission Beach

Our entire stay went 100% smooth! Check in and check out process was nice and easy. Condo was very well updated and maintained. Not one complaint. Perfect location on the beach and just the right size for my wife and I and our 2 kids who are 9 & 11. Hanging out on the balcony and taking in the ocean breeze was so nice and the beach right outside the door made it even better!!
