The home was great, sufficiently stocked with everything we needed or wanted!! We did find the living room lacked sufficient seating for our family of 4. The only sofa sat only two as it had a big spring sticking up from the inside. Other than that we loved our stay!!

House was super clean and super spacious. Great location there was a lot that was within walking distance. Parking was a little bit of a struggle but was easy to figure out. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Plenty of bath and beach towels. Washer and dryer was a plus! Location was close to everything. Only complaint would be the noisey neighbors partying after curfew hours but sometimes that is inevitable. I would definitely stay here again

Amazing Stay

My friends and I had a great stay here in San Diego at this property. Sofia was awesome from the time we booked until the time we checked out. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great place in a great spot!

We had a great stay! The house is in an awesome spot, easy walk to the beach and tons of great restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was great having a washer/dryer as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Great week!

Great location. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We had a minor problem with the screen door jamming on us but the property manager was on top of the problem. Communication was easy with quick responses. Few minor upgrades are needed but was still a great place to stay. We will definitely look at the property for future stays.

The location was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. We only stayed two nights so we didn’t utilize the property to it’s full potential.

Perfect Location

We were able to walk everywhere for food, shopping, bars, etc. It was the PERFECT location. I’d stay there again! The hosts were also very responsive & helpful. ☺️

Graduation Get Away To San Diego

Well equipped kitchen for our stay. Sofia property mgr, was very accommodating and responsive. Walls are thin when your neighbors are partying, but by 10p or 11p noise wasn’t as bad. Location was great, near the beach surrounded by good restaurants, and other stores you may need. Weather is always fantastic in San Diego!

Very convenient PB location

The location was perfect. We walked to the beach, the boardwalk, the grocery store and all restaurants. We could have parked once for the whole weekend but we were back and forth to the SDSU campus. Very attentive property manager helped with a couple of things that required her but it was overall an easy, seamless process.

Just 2 blocks to the beach

Walking the beach daily was the best part of the property. Neighborhood is mostly a younger community. Property was older with some updates.

Very clean, charming unit

I liked the location. It was close enough to walk to restaurants, shops and the beach, but not so close that it was noisy. Plenty of room. Very clean! There was a minor miscommunication and housekeeper wasn't expecting us. Management apologized and situation was resolved very quickly.

Perfect for a group of friends, not great for families

This property was right on the beach in the center of PB bars etc - it was great to walk to things but it was a party location with loud late night neighbors - not great for our family with kids. Also it was very dark inside as it’s on the ground floor. Carpet was gross but maybe to be expected from a pet friendly listing. Would not recommend for a family stay but it’s perfect for a group of friends looking to enjoy PB.

Great spot for a group of friends or family!

I throughly enjoyed our stay here. The only main issue was that the floors felt a tad sticky and were a bit dirty but, everything else felt pretty clean apart from that. I do wish the windows (not sure if it was all of the rooms) had screens so we could open them without worrying about bugs. The property hosts were available anytime we needed and made contacting them feel comfortable. Would come back. Thank you!

Nice place

Everything good- low on paper towels and toilet paper but property manager had supplies brought over immediately. Listing showed king bed but only queens but otherwise accurate.

Great location

Location of the property was great and the property management was very friendly, helpful and responsive. However the cleanliness of the property was not the greatest. Carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed, kitchen drawers were dirty with crumbs and hair in the showers. Not sure if this was normal or if the cleaning crew dropped the ball. The beds and bedding were nice and very clean. The pictures didn’t quite match the property. All in all we had a great time and loved the location and restaurants around.

Disappointed in property

The property had very tacky decor and an uncomfortable lining room space and furniture. Parking was extremely difficult to find, owner wanted to charge extra fees for parking in the unused attached garage. Air conditioner kept defaulting to 70 degrees, forcing us to keep manually turning it up to stay warm. Condition of tubs and shower area was dated and worn out. I would not return or recommend this place to anyone. Obviously the owner has bad taste for interior condition and furniture.
