Features include 1br + 1ba (maximum occupancy 4, 2 adults max), SMART TV (no cable, streaming apps only), A/C, BBQ & dog friendly (unfortunately no cats), fully fenced yard.

Charming original Ocean Beach surf cottage! A couple of stairs will lead you to our charming beach home that oozes with true Ocean Beach heritage. This single family home is lined with natural hardwood floors throughout and windows that allows lots of natural sunlight! The main living area also features a Smart TV (no cable, streaming apps only), plush sleep sofa, dining nook with seating for 4 & fully stocked kitchen. The bedroom includes 1 Queen bed separate bathroom (enclosed shower).

EXTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
Enjoy our RARE large fully fenced yard, perfect for Fido! There is a large patio with a couple of steps to our lush backyard, BBQ, dining set for 4 plus additional seating & outdoor shower.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
