"Great stay"

"The room was really nice. It was in a perfect location. The backyard was beautiful. There are a couple of things that could make the property a little better. It could have ADA accommodation. It was hard for my mother to get up the stairs, front and back. They could use a handrail for the steps and also to get in and out of the tub, you could also use some extra hooks in the bathroom to hang up our wet towels and washcloths. Extra outlets to charge our Cell phones, tablets, and smartwatches. "

"Vbro showed this property as free for Friday Saturday night. It looked good so we passed on other properties. They informed us the next day that it would only be free at night because they require a full day to clean. Whatever. Arrived at 9 pm for a stay for our third anniversary and were locked out. No response, no info. I don't understand how you can be this incompetent. It's not difficult to include the minimum entry requirements in your emails or to pick up the phone if you don't. Unreal."

"The house and the location were perfect for our short stay in Bandera. Enough room for my husband and I, and our two teens boys. Bonus that the property is pet-friendly, since we had our pups with us. There was a little mix-up at check-in that was totally MY fault, but the host was very responsive and gracious, as she had to drive out to meet us at the property so we could rectify the situation. So appreciative of her kindness and quick action! The only constructive feedback I have is that...
