For instance why have a cupboard obviously meant for a fridge but not have a fridge? Why have fake grass on the balcony which gets full of water and very unpleasant to walk on? "Parking tight but good to have for convenience. Used 2 rooms. Tastefully decorated. Mire oldy world charm. Clean and warm. One had a small balcony. Nice for better weather. Staff friendly, breakfast good. Only stayed one night. Was nice to relax in the sitting room at the end of the day. Comfy chairs. Just a small nighle. Would like to have had options of decaf coffee and hot chocolate with a couple of biscuits. I did get decaff when i asked. Not a problem. All in all a very good experience...
