We had an amazing week here in Salvo! Everything in the house was perfect. The pictures perfectly represented the property. There was plenty of space for our group of 14, the kitchen was well stocked, and the view from the decks was amazing. We watched the sunrise over the ocean every morning, and looked forward to seeing our bunny and deer friends in the grassy dunes each morning. The pool table in the lower level rec room was a big hit. We spent our days going back and forth between the beach (board walk is fantastic for easy access) and the pool. We had everything we needed in the house and cooked all of our meals there so we didn't explore the local restaurants too much. We did make a couple of trips 15 minutes south to Avon to go to Duck Donuts, and visited the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum in Hatteras as well as the Pea Island conservation area. Brian and his team were extremely responsive each time we needed something or had a question. All in all, we had an amazing week, and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a fabulous week!

The Place You and Your Family Truly Deserve!

This home gave our family exactly what we didn’t know we needed—true rest, connection, and joy. We stayed with kids ranging from 1 to 19, and somehow everyone had an amazing time (which says a lot!). The home is spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection. There’s something for everyone! The kitchen is fully stocked, beds are super comfortable, and the layout makes it easy to gather or spread out. We cooked big meals in the fully equipped kitchen, watched sunsets from the deck, and made the kind of memories you always hope to make on vacation. And the host? Incredible. Communication was fast, friendly, and helpful throughout. We felt taken care of every step of the way.This wasn’t just a rental—it felt like home. If you’re looking for a place to relax, reconnect, and truly enjoy each other, this is it. Book it. You and your family deserve this kind of getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for a Group

We were a group of 10 adults. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. We appreciated that the kitchen was well appointed and provided everything we needed to cook every meal we had there for the week. The views were amazing and the boardwalk provided easy access to the beach, especially for the seniors in our group. We look forward to booking our next Outer Banks trip here again.

Perfect beach retreat

This is a beautiful home on the beach. Kitchen is well equipped for a big family - we loved our visit and would return. Everyone had their own king bed and private bath which was perfect for those needing some quiet time. We did not use pool during our stay as it was too cold but can only imagine how great it would be during the summer. Thanks for being a great host Brian!

Wonderful location for my husband’s 50th birthday!!

The house was perfect and lovely!! The first floor is perfect for kids, and the home is beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the coffee set up, and all of the extras that we did not have to run out for like garbage bags, paper towels and yes someone forgot their tooth brush so it was so incredibly thoughtful that all of these things were provided.

Great spot for a relaxing family beach trip

We had a great family getaway at Brian's place. The house has been very thoughtfully designed and appointed. Spacious yet cozy, it was well stocked, and we were very comfortable during our stay. Us coastal natives know that September is a special time of year at the beach, and tranquility was just what we needed. Thanks for hosting us!

Great Family Beach Vacation

If you are looking for a relaxed beach get away Salvo, NC is awesome! This house was better in person than photos, it was well stocked with everything you need to relax - beach towels, fully loaded kitchen and very comfortable beds. Plenty of room to spread out but cozy family room/kitchen to spend time together. Perfect combination! The view of the beach was gorgeous from the house and even better once you were there sitting in the sand. Our kids boogie boarded and skimmed in front of house, took surf lessons at Real (great!) and we rented jet skis at Hatteras Watersports (also great!). Brian's digital guide was excellent and he was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend visiting Salvo and staying at this home! We will be back.

Perfect beach stay!

The house is beautiful, very welcoming and peaceful beach decor. I especially liked the bedrooms; 5 kings and one with double-sized bunks accommodated all 9 of us very comfortably with room to spare. High-quality items throughout: beds, linens, appliances, sundries...felt like a hotel stay vs a worn and torn rental. Brian, the owner, was wonderful to work with, great communication and outreach from the start. As he advises, stop and get groceries before you leave Nags Head; Salvo is in a fairly remote part which is nice for peace and quiet, but you have to plan ahead for groceries. There is a Dollar General nearby for the basics. We enjoyed the Waterman's Retreat; a unique place with great food and on the water to watch kitesurfers. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home! Perfect for Family!

The home was perfect for our family. The decor was gorgeous. Everything is new and the house was incredibly clean. We loved playing games on the huge kitchen table with amazing ocean views. Brian was a great host and answered my questions quickly and gave great recommendations. Salvo is so peaceful and beautiful for a short but relaxing getaway. I can’t wait to go back to Brian’s place.

Paradise in Outer Banks!!

What an awesome house, the views are amazing and we loved this part of the Outer Banks! Brian is truly a superhost and was responsive whenever we needed anything. The weather was sunny and mild for us, and it was in the 70's in November! Oceanfront is really the only way to go- just staring out at the ocean, smelling the salt water, hearing the waves crash all right from the decks is hard to beat. That Pocahontas shipwreck out front was just so cool, the kids loved seeing that and reading all about it! They're still talking about it! And they liked the lighthouses nearby too. Brian's house is a great layout for multiple families. Plenty of room to spread out, everyone had their own bathrooms and comfy beds, awesome pillows. The coffee bar was great, and they provided everything, I mean EVERYTHING! No skimpy starter packs. The house was super clean and spotless. He earned 5 stars all the way, thanks for helping us make great memories. Looking forward to coming back again! Thanks for everything, Brian and making our stay so memorable!

Just wow!

We love this house, awesome ocean views everywhere and the access to the beach is just so easy. The beds are super comfortable- loved it. Listening to the waves was a great way to fall asleep. The kitchen was fully stocked- high end cookware and furniture, everything is high end, which is why we booked it. The kids loved the pool table, game room, and lots of puzzles and games to play. You don't have to bring anything, they have all the beach gear, chairs, umbrellas, and the nice pull beach cart-perfect! Very nice neighborhood, there's a huge surf shop nearby, got some gear, and restaurants are super close too. We'll return and stay at your house again for sure- thanks Brian for everything!
