  • New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

    Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and a short walk from beach access, this richly-furnished, family-friendly home is ready to welcome everyone with multiple decks, floods of natural light, and ocean and sound views. Outside, enjoy a dip in the private pool or hot tub, and then come inside to enjoy a game of pool on the lowest level! This floor also features a kitchenette perfect for preparing late-night snacks. The well-equipped, full kitchen upstairs is equipped with full-size appliances and is open to the rest of the space. Enjoy a board game or game of cards in the separate 'lookout' hideaway just up the stairs from the main kitchen. Of course, taking dinner out to the private gas grill is an option.

    The first bedroom of this home is just off the living room, and this spacious room features an en suite bathroom (with a shower/tub combination) and a private entrance to the deck. Head down the first set of stairs and turn right to find the second bedroom all set up with a private balcony and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Down the hall, the third bedroom (to the right) features bunk beds, a private deck entrance, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Across the hall, the fourth bedroom features a ceiling fan, a private deck entrance, and a sunny en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Down the second set of stairs, turn right to find the nautically-themed fifth bedroom that features a ceiling fan and a mounted TV. This room shares a connecting bathroom (complete with a standalone shower) with the sixth and final bedroom. This fun room is right next to the kitchenette and features a private deck entrance right by the stairs down to the pool!

    Things to Know
    The private pool is open seasonally from 4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change.
    The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.
    The elevator will be unavailable until July 15, 2023.
    Netflix streaming is available with guest accounts.

Loved the location and our overall experience. There was a few things that could have been better. For example there was black mold on a few of the shower curtains. Other than that it was an exceptional experience.

Great home and service!

Hot tub didn’t have working lights, more trash bags. Those were our only complaints, otherwise it was Ana amazing 4 day stay! They could have a little later check out or earlier check in.

Enjoyable Vacation

This property is great for a large group. There was enough space for the family to be together, yet space for private time as well. The pool and hot tub were put to good use and were very clean. Being able to sit on the top deck at night to look at the stars was very relaxing. We even saw some shooting stars. Overall, this was the best vacation home we've stayed in.

The layout of the house is perfect. Every bedroom has a connecting bathroom, which allows for great privacy. All the rooms had balconies with seating (the second floor had the most comfortable cushions). Upstairs balcony had a lovely outdoor seating arrangement that was great for watching the sunsets over the Sound. The living room had a large sectional that made game nights comfortable. My only criticism is that the oven doesn't work. We couldn't get the temperature above 350 degrees and there's no timer. The oven needs to be replaced.

Great house for our group of 10

There were several things we loved about this house! Number one is every bedroom has a private bathroom! Huge plus for a large group of people. Additionally, the outdoor furniture was fabulous and very comfortable. Beds were also comfy. We had plenty of space in this home. Kitchen could use some TLC with utensils and supplies but overall we didn't have any real issues. Thanks for a great week!

Very nice house

Nice decor with comfortable beds.. pool was great and I loved all the outside patio furniture and how clean the house was inside and out. Other then the ant infestation in the kitchen it was great. Had to hide open foods in microwave or fridge to avoid it being ruined by ants all week. They did spray Wednesday.

Nice Place but dirty

The house was just as listed, except extremely dirty. Tubs were full of hair and sand. Toilets were not cleaned. Floors were dirty, countertops had a lot of crumbs and spills still left on them. Too much more to go into detail, you get the idea. Could be a real nice place, if just a little effort was put into cleaning.

Lovely vacation!

We had a nice week in the Lighthouse with great weather. We enjoyed the heated pool and pool table. The great room was a wonderful place to gather to play games or catch up on NFL games. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of dishes and cookware however it is in a total state of disarray. Had the weather not been so spectacular, I thought about spending a day organizing. The house was not particularly clean either but we were able to access the house earlier than anticipated which may have accounted for abbreviated cleaning. There is beautiful new deck furniture on the top and middle decks with very little seating available on the pool deck. For a house that sleeps at least 12, there were seats for only 4 at the pool. Also, many of the sliding screen doors had ripped screen or were completely off the tracks. We certainly enjoyed our stay but felt the house needed some love.

Dirty

Not clean at all!!! Would like to prevent someone else from spending their hard earned money on this place. Sent multiple pictures of deck boards that are coming off, urine stained sheets, inches of dust on vents, smelled stale and unclean; project manager basically told me that my concerns were minor. Had a cleaning crew over that night but honestly they couldn’t fix all that was wrong there. The linens were provided however the comforter was so thin you might as well have had two sheets. The dryer requires two cycles to dry your clothes and the refrigerator conked out on us and no one came out until the next day. Grills were left uncovered and griddle unclean. Pool table sticks are also useless. I hope that they make some changes before renting this out to anyone else. The only benefit was the proximity to the beach.
