La Serrazza is a charming luxury villa with pool, immersed in nature of the countryside of Pescoluse, a few minutes from the splendid beaches of the Ionian coast. Surrounded by a 6000 square meters garden, the charming villa is designed to offer maximum comfort and relaxation, so you can fully enjoy your holidays in Puglia.

Surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation and the lush olive trees, at Villa La Serrazza everything is simple, refined, linear but of design, in the garden and around the pool. The solarium, gazebo with a sitting area, the barbecue area and the shed next to the house, everything is designed so you can spend a comfortable and unforgettable vacation in Pescoluse. In addition there`s a wonderful panoramic view you can enjoy from the terrace.

The big sliding windows brighten the living room with open kitchen where all details are highlighted by the natural light. The sleeping area consists of 4 double rooms, one with a private bathroom and the other with a second bathroom. There is a third bathroom outside the villa. 
 
The position and the surroundings of the villa
The villa is located in a quiet area and allows you to reach within a few minutes drive the beaches of Pescoluse, such as  Torre Pali, Lido Marini e Torre San Giovanni. Pescoluse is a vivid seaside location with various services such as bars, restaurants, shops and bathing establishments. Santa Maria di Leuca, the most southern location of Italy, with its lighthouse and sanitarium is a very vivid town and just 12 kilometers away from the villa.  
 
 



 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October, off-season pool's opening has an extra price of euro 200.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 1200 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro
- Every room can be accessed from the outside.
- Air conditioner not in all the rooms. 
- Laundry is outside.
