This vacation apartment is located on Armação’s main waterfront in Salvador, offering a wide, direct view of the ocean. Its position allows guests to enjoy the coastal scenery and take advantage of the beach just a few steps away.

The apartment features a kitchen equipped with an italian coffee maker, coffee machine, a two-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, blender, sandwich maker, water dispenser, air fryer, microwave, and a set of cookware, providing convenience for meal preparation. The bedroom and closet area is comfortable and functional, with air conditioning, blackout curtains, glass-enclosed windows, a 55" smart TV, a dedicated workspace with a chair, sofa, vanity table with an LED-lit mirror, and a full-length mirror, as well as an electric iron and ironing board for added convenience during the stay. The bathroom includes an exhaust fan, electric shower, and hair dryer, completing the amenities for a comfortable stay.

The condominium offers excellent infrastructure in its common areas, carefully designed to provide comfort and well-being to its residents. The fully equipped gym is available for those seeking a fitness routine, with 500m² and complete infrastructure, sports bar, gourmet workplace and barbecue place, while the rooftop, which is one of the biggest in the city provides a stunning environment where residents can relax or socialize, enjoying the tranquility and the surrounding view.
