Terrible, terrible, terrible!
Check in info received in a mixture of Portugese and English for you to figure out.
You arrive to a concierge who doesn’t speak any English. In my case I was ignored while he joked with his buddy hanging out. No baggage storage until strict check in at 3pm, this lack of baggage assistance is not mentioned on the booking. Just told to leave until 3pm, just a really unprofessional and unhelpful approach.
Everything is a hassle, the laundromat and gym are locked and you have to go ask for a key. Then to use the laundry you have to download an app(only in Portugese), register with your passport if not Brazilian and pay for the use of the laundry. It’s insane.
You get no key to the place so to get in everytime you have to deal with a concierge with no English.
The apartment itself ok except for the shower being cold only.
All in all seriously consider before you book here!
