While this property is spacious, it unfortunately fell short of our expectations due to maintenance issues and an unconventional layout. Future guests should be aware of several details that impacted our stay:Check-in Challenges: Despite receiving the door code via email, the number provided was incorrect. Arriving late in the evening with no exterior lighting made it difficult to resolve, eventually requiring a call to the host for the correct access code.Maintenance & Cleanliness: Upon entry, we noticed a scent of pet deodorizer. The home is quite dated, featuring aging, poorly vacuumed carpets, uncleaned blinds, and broken drapes. Additional issues included non-functional fireplaces, sagging armchair cushions and the door to the garage has a seal that vibrated loudly in the wind. Lack of working garage door openers.Layout Concerns: The house layout is unconventional. The first-floor "bedroom" is actually a den without a closet, which was inconvenient for our wedding attire. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms (4 total) share a single shower bathroom. Downstairs is even worse, as three bedrooms, a family room, and a theater room share one very cheaply constructed bathroom, located inside one of the bedrooms.Inadequate Sleeping Quarters: Two of the downstairs bedrooms appear to be converted closets without proper egress and are very cramped. Mattresses need to be updated.Maintenance: The garage hot tub area was hampered by a strobing fluorescent light.

Carpet remnants as rugs.
Sagging chair springs just ignored.
Dirty blinds haven’t been cleaned in years.

It was perfect for our large family there for a wedding. Room for everyone that could enjoy some down time and time playing games with other family members. With three floors of rooms, we didn't feel cramped at all. Everything worked and we had no problem. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family reunion

We had a great time house manager was easy to work with when things needed attention and was quick to respond with a solution. All beds were comfortable nice lay out for 18 people to not feel crowded. Very nice view of the valley from deck.

Family reunion

We had about 20 people stay here from ages 1–66. Plenty of space and rooms are tucked away so that no babies were woken up from noise. Beautiful views, nice pool table, and overall great for our needs.

Great location for us

All was as expected because we had stayed here before. One thing that was confusing was the number of codes I kept getting by email.Also the AC either wasn't up to full speed or it just took a long time to kick in. I never found the alarm that was spoken of. This is a very accommodating property for a family gathering.

Family and friends trip for graduation

We loved location being close to the trails leading to the mountains. Close enough to downtown of Salt Lake City and airport with a good air quality. Sunset views from the balcony is just stunning. Kitchen was well equipped. Master bedroom was phenomenal. Overall, not enough bathrooms. Main floor has nice bedroom with powder room. 3 bedrooms upstairs with 1 bathroom. 1 bathroom in the basement accessible through one of the bedrooms. Fridge in the kitchen has been broken for a long time looking at reviews. Service was responsive but unable to fix. We had to turn off ice make not to to flood the kitchen floor. Also, hut tub is in a garage. Overall, we had great experience and would come back with large group of people. Hopefully, meanwhile some of these issued will be addressed.

Great ski trip for group of 10.

This was a great house for our group of 10 guys on a 4-day ski trip. Lots of space to spread out or visit together and great views from the deck. Communication with the property manager was great.

Great Stay in the Hills of Draper

My family and I (party of 9) enjoyed a fun annual family reunion at this property. We skied at resorts in both canyons and appreciated the proximity of the home to the skiing (30 to 45 minutes on clear roads) and to the services in Draper. The house was very clean upon our arrival and the reservation and check-in process was excellent. Great communication!The kitchen is well-appointed with most everything one needs for making meals. There are 3.5 bathrooms total, including the one in the master bedroom. I'm not sure that this set-up would be comfortable for a party much larger than ours, but it worked for us. The media room is fun, as is the game room with the pool table. Generally speaking, the house is in OK shape considering it's a vacation property for large parties. FYI: We had to supply additional paper towels, trash bags and dish soap. There was no recycling can which was disappointing and the rail on the upper deck is not entirely stable. As described, the hot tub is in the garage. It would be nicer outside (the house has a great view), but it was hot and clean. Fun times were had.

The shelves of the refrigerator were broke. The property should have 2 refrigerators not 1 for feeding a group of 20. The stove top did not work adequately and I had to buy an electric skillet to aid in cooking meals. The dryer worked, but the dryer door was loose and temperamental. Overall my family enjoyed the property and the location.

Beware

The house was advertised as being able to sleep 20 but the bedding for all the beds was dirty laying near the laundry room with all of the towels. The property manager did find someone to come out to make the beds and we finally had a place to sleep at midnight. I did have to find other accommodations for my guests and the property manager did not feel that this was worthy of a partial refund . When trying to communicate with them, they will ghost you.

Great stay in draper

This house worked great for our large group. It was well equipped, had lots of space and an amazing view from the three balconies. The queen and king beds were also very comfortable! Would stay again.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The location and view were amazing! All of the really important boxes were checked: nice neighborhood setting, plenty of room, the kids had fun with the pool table and movie theater, and the beds were very comfortable. A few minor issues: the kitchen stove wasn't the best (took forever for a pot of water to boil), the cable wasn't working and the property manager was slow to respond and didn't help resolve the issue, and the railing on the back deck seemed super flimsy, which wasn't a problem for us, but might be for someone with young kids.
