  • Welcome to our cozy home in the beautiful and quiet Federal Heights neighborhood in Salt Lake City. We are super close to the University of Utah and several nearby parks and activities. The home includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, dining room, full laundry room, kitchen, living space and tv room. The front and back yards are spacious and well kept. The backyard is fully equipped for outdoor dining and is a perfect spot to spend time with family and friends.

We have stayed here twice now and both times have been wonderful! It’s very clean, in a great quiet location, and host goes above and beyond with several little extras (snacks, waters in fridge, bathroom necessities that you might have forgotten, etc) to make your stay even more comfortable. The age and decor of home give it a fun nostalgic feel, like you’re staying at grandma’s house. We hope to stay there again when we visit Salt Lake City. Thank-you!

Friend Group Trip to SLC

Lovely place to stay. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the back porch. Easy self-check-in. Definitely recommend.

Just lovely.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Perfect for a family or work visit. We felt so well provided for with a fully stocked kitchen, bath, etc. Lovely neighborhood for a walk. Host was very helpful and responsive.

We so enjoyed our stay at Angela’s! As others have mentioned, it feels like grandma’s house. We loved the neighborhood and its proximity to the U of U. The outdoor space is also wonderful. Great experience

We really enjoyed the property. Plenty of room and really clean. Nice little touches of snacks, toothbrush’s and plenty of shampoos to choose from. Great location by the University of Utah.

Great Location

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood for walks and then it is so relaxing to sit in the backyard at night! House is close to the hospitals which was a must for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we would need! Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic neighborhood location, very safe, very clean, very nicely decorated. I love the mid-century pink bathroom! Thank you for all the snacks, my kids appreciated them.

Very highly recommended

Angela was a wonderful host. Her home is warm, welcoming, so well stocked with nibbles, cold drinks, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, a den for the whole family to gather & watch TV / cable and games for kids & a lovely outdoor dining & sitting area overlooking a beautiful garden. We stayed 4 nights and it was superb.

Perfect stay

This house is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood near the University. It was everything we needed in a rental. The house was impeccably clean, with lots of little touches to make renters feel at home. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Salt Lake City.

In the best neighborhood in SLC. This is our third or fourth stay in this home. It is always nice to be in this home away from home. Communication with Angela was great. Our stay was very comfortable as always.

Great home and neighborhood

A flawless stay at this comfortable home. The hosts think of everything! I’ve have never had a home that has offered so many snacks, coffee, shampoo, conditioner etc. I’m excited to return when we find ourselves in SLC again.

Birthday Weekend

Wonderful home in a great neighborhood. The property was even better than the photos showed. Loved the patio and the beautiful backyard. Felt like home away from home. The host was wonderful to work with and the home was stocked with snacks, treats and toiletries in case you forgot anything. Would definitely stay there again!

Adult weekend

We were there for a concert at the Utah Utes stadium. Short walk to the stadium and located close to downtown. Great neighborhood and house.
