This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. We love that the kitchen is stocked with coffee, mayo, syrup, pancake mix, zip lock baggies, etc. This makes the trip so much easier especially when traveling with kids. It's a beautiful home and we hope to stay again next year.

Property was exactly as described. Worked Communication was outstanding. I’ve rented countless times through VRBO, but never had a rental as well-stocked as this one. Walkable to shops and restaurants in Cottonwodd Heights and a quick 20-25 minute drive up to Alta and Snowbird.

We had a wonderful stay in Cottonwood Heights. Jim and Kellie were very responsive to questions and requests. The condo was well appointed, and very comfortable for our family of five. The kitchen was well stocked, Jim and Kellie even supplied a gift basket of snacks that our kids greatly appreciated. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we loved Jim’s photography on the walls. The location has easy access to all of the ski resorts. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Thank you, Jim and Kellie for a wonderful vacation.

The hot tub perfect and well maintained, fireplace was awesome. The rooms were clean and there were plenty of extras such as games, air mattress and extra blankets. Location is perfect for skiing, hiking and shopping.

We were so impressed with the decor and the layout of this beautiful rental! Having 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 1 1/2 bedrooms upstairs was perfect for our family. It was super well stocked with seasonings and baking supplies to allow us to prepare meals while we were there. Again, we loved the artwork and found this rental very home-like!!Thank you Mr. Rock!

A Perfect Stay in Cottonwood Heights! We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this condo for the past two nights, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how immaculately clean and beautifully appointed everything was. The space is not only spacious and comfortable, but also thoughtfully stocked with delightful surprises—snacks and coffee complete with all the fixings, which made us feel instantly welcomed and cared for. Every detail reflected genuine hospitality, and it’s clear the hosts take great pride in creating a warm and inviting environment. We truly loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

Great location!

We absolutely loved the location of this home. Located at the mouth of both ski resort canyons. Walking distance to the shuttle for Brighton/Solitude and a short drive to Snowbird. We also walked to restaurants. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We loved the stocked coffee and sandwich bags, foil, and condiments, syrup, etc. This made shopping for groceries so much easier. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed the warmth of the fireplace every night. We would definitely stay here again!

SLC Family Ski Vacation

We had a fantastic stay! The property was perfect for our family. It was true to its description and very clean! There were several nice touches such as coffee and filters. It is a lovely condo and beds were very comfortable. We definitely want to come back! Communication with the owner was very easy and he was quick to respond! Five star!

Stay here!

This property is fantastic. The location is great for Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude, with the other an easy drive away. The property manager was very responsive to communications with us from the moment we arrived until we left Salt Lake City. Having said that, though, because the property was in perfect condition, we needed very little communication! Thank you for a great place to stay - I look forward to returning when the time comes.

Wonderful vacation, perfect property!

Everything about this rental far exceeded our expectations.They thought of EVERYTHING!The home was very very clean and comfortable,The layout was impressive and so much thought shows in how beautifully decorated it was,The owner Jim and property manager Stacy have obviously put so much care and effort into this home which made our family trip to SLC a dream ,We’re from Hawaii and are hoping to make this home an annual getaway.Absolutely loved every single thing about the home !!

Great Rental

Perfect location close to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons and easy access to interstate to get anywhere in Salt Lake City. Great communication with both owner and property manager. The place seemed very clean. We were in the area to move our son back into the dorms and spend a few days showing his grandmother the beauty of the mountains. It was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and we cooked for a few of his dorm friends one night. The hot tub was clean and in good working order for them to enjoy. There was a bedroom with a private bath on the main level for ease of access to our elderly guest. The stairs to get in the condo were easy for her to manage. We arrived late in the evening for check in, but instructions were easy to access the unit and there was coffee in the kitchen for our first morning. The garage and laundry room were great as we used the garage to store items for the dorm until move-in day, and we had bedding to wash for preparation for move-in. Overall, a very comfortable, easy and relaxed stay. Would consider staying here again on our next visit.

This property is in a phenomenal location.

Even though this property is right off the main loop freeway for Salt Lake City, and about 15-20 minutes from the airport, you’re immersed in the beautiful Wasatch outdoors! This condo has a spectacular view of the giant Wasatch mountains which are literally in your backyard. We loved how clean the condo was. We really appreciated how well stocked it was: all the details from the kitchen to the laundry room were taken care of. The owner has decorated this with a tasteful representation of the great outdoor opportunities in the state of Utah! We would definitely rent here again and highly recommend this property.

Just book it!

This was the most comfortable stay I’ve had in this area. The condo is very well appointed, from furnishings, bedding, decor, artwork, and a very extensively supplied kitchen. The views are beautiful, the private hot tub deck nestled in the tree is so lovely. There was a hummingbird nest just above our heads. It was very quiet and peaceful at the condo, and the walkable coffee shop and restaurants made for great ease. Jim and Stacey were prompt to respond to questions and overall we just loved our stay!
