We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 3BR/2BA penthouse. The space is modern, clean, and well adorned. The gym was a great perk, and the free garage parking was super convenient. Location was perfect, close to skiing, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The penthouse apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. As three women, we appreciated the code-entry for garage and lobby, it was very safe coming home at night. The place is spotless, the beds were comfortable, and great coffee setup with Brita water filter, close to Trader Joes, everything we needed.

The condo is well decorated and was very comfortable for our family of 4. They had a pack and play there which was so helpful, and the bathroom/closet in the primary bedroom is so large it acted as a 4th bedroom for my infant son which helped us all sleep better! After arriving late on the night we were checking in, the code to the building didn’t work but I appreciated that I could get in touch with the host over VRBO messaging and it was eventually resolved within an hour. The location is a short drive or about a 15-20 minute walk to a ton of good restaurants and stores in Sugar House.

I loved the convenience of this location and right on a walking trail. Clean and perfect size for the 3 of us. Safe building. The parking was a little tricky to figure out, but plenty of street parking too. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay, great location for easy access to downtown and the canyons. The unit is just as described - very clean and well furnished. The unit is quiet and the underground parking available is very convenient. Would be a great location for skiing in the winter, we will rent this again.

Girls weekend getaway

We loved this cute penthouse! The layout is great, super clean and stocked. We do wish there had been more blankets to use for lounging but otherwise it was great. Close to so many things downtown and easy freeway access. Hosts were great and communicated quickly. We also loved that there wasn’t a massive list of things to do before we left. It was an easy check in and out process.

Fantastic stay & beautiful home!

We LOVED this beautiful home with it’s fantastic location! 
 It is well decorated in an open style with beautiful art and lots of comfortable space to relax and unwind. It was spotless upon our arrival, well organized & was as advertised. It has 3 good sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds—super important, large bathrooms & closets. It has a gourmet kitchen that is well stocked with all the essentials. We also took advantage of the well equipped, on site gym. Check-in was easy and we liked parking in the garage. Host is friendly and quick to respond, he also gave suggestions for restaurants, places to visit and things to do. The Location is central to so many things; restaurants, freeway access, Trax, and just blocks from everything “downtown.” I loved stepping out onto the balcony each day to view the mountains that surround this city. We even took a short 30 minute drive up to Park City to see the Olympic venues. Our stay far exceeded our expectations. We will defiantly stay here again.
