The house had plenty of room for all 11 of us. Two dens was perfect for ages ranging from 0-16. There was plenty of room to get dressed for skiing, etc. The house was well stocked and beds were comfy. The hosts stayed in touch to make sure everything was going well.

Terri and Nick are fantastic hosts—friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. The home was beautifully maintained and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our group of 17 had plenty of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy the space without feeling crowded. The location is ideal, with a hiking trail just up the road and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and several ski resorts within 15–40 minutes. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Terri and Nick, we appreciate you.

Great place for a family gathering

We had a wonderful time here. It's a big, well-equipped house in a great location and was just what we were looking for for our family get-together. The hosts were very communicative both before and during our stay. There were some issues with the hot tub and the mattresses in the bunk bed room aren't really suitable for adults, but aside from that, we couldn't have been happier. Highly recommended!

Big family gathering

This house was great, we had 11 staying there and could have slept quite a few more. Very well stocked kitchen, we cooked and ate in every night and there was room for all of us around the big dining room table. We used the hot tub and the pool table, it was nice to have those extra activities to do in the evenings. One of the owners lives and works from home across the street and can be there in minutes if he is ever needed. 5 stars!!!

Great Place for Large Group

Conveniently located to many places and about 30 minutes from skiing. Plenty of space for being all together or in separate groups. A beautiful family of deer visited the yard a couple of times during our visit. Kitchen supplies were great. Comfortable beds! Communication was great with responsive owners too!

Amazing Spot! 11/10!!

Stayed here with a big group for a ski trip and the house was amazing. Rare instance where the house was even better than the listing let on. The cleanest and most well stocked place I’ve ever stayed at and we’ve been doing this trip for a long time. Kitchen was stocked, many towels / blankets / pillows and games. Room for parking and great proximity to the mountain. Nick and Terry were awesome hosts and communicated very well. I highly recommend!!

Great property! Great hosts! Great experience!

We came out for a friend’s skiing trip, 5 couples so 10 of us. The house is very large so we had plenty of space for us all to eat at one table and lounge around. The bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Our group was very impressed with all accommodations and already talking about coming back next year. Book this place!

Excellent House and location for hitting Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon Ski Areas

House very well stocked for cooking and accommodating for a large group of people. There is plenty of room to spread out around the house or to all stay together in the Living Dining area. Would love to come stay again!Hosts Terry and Nick were great as well!

Great house!

We had a strategic planning session at the house. It comfortably accommodated the 6 of us. The views are outstanding! The house is in a great condition with many upgrades. Everything we needed was there. Nick responded quickly to our inquiries and gave great advice about local activities. We hope to stay again in future years.

Great Stay Near Little Cottonwood Canyon

My extended family of 12 stayed at this wonderful property for our Christmas vacation. Hosts Nick and Terri were highly attentive and have thought of everything for this spacious family-friendly place convenient to Alta. Everything is well stocked from kitchens to bathrooms, very clean and very comfortable with ample places to hang out. Many extras from the double laundry to the pool table and hottub were really appreciated. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

great place for a large family

Our family- 8 children- spouses, significant others, and grandchildren totaling 20- gathered for Thanksgiving week, checking in Tuesday and checking out Saturday morning. We had plenty of room, and having two kitchens was definitely a huge plus for cooking Thanksgiving dinner and storing food for the week. Communication with the owners was excellent, and questions were answered quickly. They came over to introduce themselves and make sure we were settled, and asked if there was anything else we needed. We did have one issue that needed attention right away, and they were over within15 minutes to resolve it. The main kitchen was fully stocked with dishes for 18, and many appliances and serving dishes. We did find a few things lacking. There were only 2 mixing bowls, which when doing a lot of holiday cooking, was not enough. Having a few more would have been very helpful. Also there were no dish cloths/rags, only sponges, and no basic cleaner for wiping down the counters. We assumed all the cleaning supplies were locked, but a basic anti bacterial spray cleaner in the kitchen is needed. These things were only minor inconveniences and did not hamper our stay. We loved the view, the hot tub, and the grandkids loved watching the resident deer who often made an appearance. We had a great time, and appreciate the owners providing a beautiful large home to allow big families and groups a cozy place to gather.

Spacious home with lots of bedrooms

We loved how much room this house had for all of us. We never felt cramped. Some family members enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. The property was fun to explore. Seeing deer was also a plus. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Including towels for the hot tub. The rooms are large and having 4 1/2 bathrooms was very convenient. The house seems to have a bug problem though, especially in the master bedroom/bathroom. The can openers are worthless. We had to be creative in order to get the can opened. The doors are very squeaky and the remotes for the upstairs T.V. didn't work great. They may need new batteries. I think those are our only complaints. It was also nice to be able to park our cars in the large garage. We would definitely stay here again.

Basketball teams dream

What a perfect stay!! Location, size of home, cleanliness, communication with owner….all PERFECT!! We had a team of 15 basketball boys ages 16 & 17 and this home was so comfortable and Terry was a delight to work with. A slightly older home that has been BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED. Thank you Terry for a lovely stay.

Sandy, Utah Home

Nick was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. I would have given a 5-star rating but before that rating can be given a few things needed to be fixed. One of the pull-out couches in the downstairs living area could not be used (the couch against the wall), the mattress springs were broken off. The fix to this problem was the use of tie downs but they were broken off. We did use the two blow up mattresses, but the twin-size mattress deflated by the morning. There is a protruding metal piece in the right-side top corner on the couch downstairs (not against the wall). We had to clean the patio furniture before using. The lamp in the upstairs living area did not work. Repair work in a downstairs bedroom closet was not completed, leaving open holes.

Sandy, Utah Property

Perfect fit. We had 4 families that came from all over the country to see our son graduate from Bingham High School. The property met all expectations. Plenty of room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and enough room to visit, eat and have a great time. The property owners were easily accessible when they needed to be. I highly recommend it.
