Filthy, not as advertised, & nothing was remedied
1. Completely dirty. Took pictures, sent to owner, no attempt made to send someone to clean during our 6-night stay. Cabinets, light switches, walls, couch - all so dirty couldn't prepare food in the space and were continually grossed out. Dishes stuck to cabinets. Ceiling fans covered in black fuzzy "dust".2. There were a total of 2 kitchen towels & 0 dishrags. No cleaning supplies whatsoever. For a 6-night stay. No garbage can liners, & only 2 very small rolls of toilet paper for a family staying 6 nights. 3. No microwave, even though one was listed as an amenity. 4. The dishwasher was broken (inside part that sprays the water was literally broken off and lying in the bottom). Notified owner, no attempt made to repair during our 6-night stay. Again, there were no dish cloths either.5. Internet was not working for the last 2 days & 2 nights of our stay. No attempt to remedy this. Was told router was in the other apartment. 6. One dirty couch & 90-degree angle kitchen chairs. This is a family-sized unit, so additional seating should be available.7. The week of Christmas in Utah - One of the mini-split units was broken, so one bedroom was always very cold. The other 2 units were not functioning properly, so we were cold at all times. 2 people in our family wore their coats the whole time.Overall, miserable. Cost more than a hotel would have. Owner offered a 15% refund for the stay and 50% of cleaning fee for these issues which is completely unacceptable.
