Perfect home away from home

We needed a home to stay in for three weeks while our home was under repair. It could not have been any more perfect for our family of 5. The layout, location and amenities are wonderful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the access to the highway can’t be beat. The large open kitchen, living and dining room provided plenty of space to live and work. The home is truly stocked with everything you need. Our children particularly loved the heated toilet seat, the endless supply of hot water for showers and the trampoline in the backyard. Adam is the most gracious, kind and helpful property manager. We asked if it was possible to park a car in the garage and he made space for us to do so. He also removed the snow from the stairs before I even had a chance to do so! While we were ready to move back into our home, we were sad to leave this perfect retreat!

Lot's of room and great views!

Really enjoyed staying in this rental. Lots of great open space and wonderful views of Salt Lake City and the mountains. The rental was clean with very comfortable beds and lots of luxury amenities.

High School Reunion: This is the Place (IYKYK)

What to say about Adam’s property? It’s one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve ever had. Three childhood girlfriends and I returned to the Land of White Bread and Funny Underwear for our 35th HS reunion. Lemme just say: This house was so well stocked that had the zombie apocalypse gone off, our group would have survived. We are GenXers, after all. #BestGeneration Adam cleared us to have folx over, and this house became a hub for old friends to gather throughout the weekend. We were, of course, mindful of neighbors and we made sure to abide by the quiet time rules. But when all doors and windows are closed, you can hear nothing outside but crickets, proving this place is zombie-proof. Speaking of outside, the sliding doors offered spectacular early-autumn sunsets. One night, I sat on the deck with the boy who broke my heart the summer after graduation, and with the moon high and the city sparkling before us, we made everything right. It was magic. Old friends peeled off in pairs and trios to discoverable spaces in the backyard. There, they caught up and shared the pains and joys of lives well lived. We shared meals, conversation, and laughter at the giant dining room table where, on night one, we alphabetized name tags for the reunion. So many memories… The gorgeous kitchen has everything, the bedrooms and bathrooms, same. And all praise the bidet! Hell(o and) YES! Adam was fantastic, kind, responsive. If you’re visiting Salt Lake City this, as they say in Utah, is the place

Amazing house

This house is absolutely amazing. Breathtaking views of the mountains and sunset. Great layout. Plenty of space for a family or large group. Beautiful well stocked kitchen. A true 5 star experience. Owners live downstairs and are very respectful of your privacy. Be aware that the entrance to the house is at the top of a spiral staircase, in case you are bringing a lot of luggage.

Beautiful Modern Cabin

Great cabin in Salt Lake that was close to the city and about a 30 minute drive to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton! The hosts were great, communicative, and welcoming. The home looks exactly as is and description is accurate. We booked this stay since we were there for a 4 day ski vacation. We had 6 or 7 people and every one fit comfortably. Also they had an amazing kitchen to cook.

Grand Visit to SLC

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home for one week. The bed and linens were cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped. We enjoyed some quiet time in the backyard. One of our favorite activities was to stroll down the street after dinner. Fabulous time!

Wonderful host and breathtaking views

We came into town for graduation week/weekend and had two families with local U of U children. This house was perfect for a group dinner--everyone fit around the amazing table with views of the mountains out the front windows (the pictures don't do justice). The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and was so organized! The back yard is lovely and just up the street is access to a hiking trail to Parlay's Point and beyond. Host Adam was available and helpful but not at all invasive. You do have to take stairs up to the front door but it was not an issue and the views make up or it! Plenty of parking and a really lovely community. You feel right at home. This rental was everything we needed and convenient. We hope to return!

Beautiful view, dog-friendly

Beautiful view was the real highlight. Sunsets every night are as breath taking as the photos show. Being a dog-friendly place to stay was a huge plus. Lots of space, very open floor plan. I work remotely, so the consistent WiFi was also helpful. The hosts live downstairs and we’re very nice when we saw them.

Lovely home but...

This is a lovely upgraded home with top notch fixtures. No expense has been spared with the quality of workmanship and amenities of this home. The kitchen/great room areas are perfect for prepping and serving larger or individual meals. And the western city/mountain views are wonderful. There are, however, several things to know about the home that aren't apparent in the listing. Although the home can "technically" sleep 11, that is not a practical number. Besides the master suite the 2 other bedrooms have 3 full size and 2 single size beds with an additional slideout. So essentially the sleeping arrangements are designed for a lot of small kids sleeping together. And with only 2 baths, unless the master bath is shared, that would leave 9 people sharing 1 bath. The rental portion is located on the upper floor. We didn't have access to the driveway so there were stairs up the drive then stairs up to the rental level. These steps could be a challenge for some. Despite the house being well equipped with some things (hair care products, Q tips and spices) it lacked fundamentals like salt and pepper, liquid dish soap, paper towels, a bottle opener and bath matts. It is also important to note that with this being a pet-friendly rental it is a cat house judging by the cat hair in the great room. One of our guests suffered an allergic reaction 15 minutes upon entering the home and had to leave to seek relief. Upon making the reservation the owner was prompt and thorough in his communiques, reinforcing the fact that he lived in the lower level and was available at a moments notice. Upon arrival, however, we learned he was out of the country. So the level of response wasn't what we had expected. All in all this is a lovely home in a lovely setting yet at an inflated rate. Based on our experience the value of the rental wasn't what we had expected given the price.

Beautiful property!

Adam’s property is seriously amazing. The house is SO spacious with room and storage for everything! Not kidding, 5 of us completely unloaded our suitcases to hang up and put our clothes in the drawers but we didn’t even fill 1/10 of the available space. The fixtures and cosmetic finishes are 10/10 amazing. The views from the balcony are to die for! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly as well. Parking is available on the street but the streets are very wide and the area is secure. We forgot to lock our car two nights in a row and we didn’t worry. Adam lives downstairs and there’s a door at the end of the stairs separating the units that locks from both sides. We didn’t have any issues with that and Adam is incredibly respectful of privacy. The backyard is all yours to use and a wonderful place for morning coffee (second to the balcony overlooking the city and mountains!) Adam is very responsive and willing to help with any issues you may have (we had zero!). Seriously, book this place. You won’t regret a thing and we’ll definitely be back next year!

Spacious with Beautiful Views

The property is stunning. Even though you are connected to a downstairs unit, the upstairs home has incredible views, and a beautiful tree filled backyard. Since it’s on the side of a mountain, the back yard is off the upstairs only and it felt very private. My teens loved the trampoline. The tree’s, birds, and natural setting on the mountain provide a tranquil environment. The beds are comfy, and the rooms are spacious. All appliances are top of the line. The best part is the host. Adam is thoughtful, kind, and responds quickly to any issues. I would stay at any of his properties again for that reason alone.

Beautiful home, location, and great hosts!

We loved staying here. It was perfect for us and my niece, who is just under two. She played with all the toys and enjoyed the trampoline. Adam was extremely helpful and we enjoyed our stay very much!!

Great views, great stay

We (family of five) had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, open and modern and had every essential. The evening views from the front porch were gorgeous and the rear courtyard at night with the scrub oak and under-lighting was a favorite place to unwind with a drink. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to return the next time we are in SLC.

A large group dream!

We reserved this home for a quick girls weekend getaway and couldn’t have loved it more! It was such a great space if you want to gather with a large group (we had 8!) inside or out. I would say the minimal AC was a problem in the middle of Summer, but the host Adam was immediately to the rescue without us even having to ask for an extra AC unit. It was a great location if you are going to head to Park City and to top it off the views from the deck are so incredible! I even forgot some clothes and the host was so helpful in returning them to me. Truly a 5 star place!

The Best Stay Ever

We had an amazing stay at Adam's home. It is all new and had everything we needed. The kitchen is my dream kitchen and had everything one would need to prepare gourmet meals everyday. The best part of the kitchen are the windows that look out into the yard. It make you feel like you were cooking outside without being outside in the heat of the summer. The backyard was fantastic and we loved sitting outside in the evening and enjoying the quiet underneath the beautiful oak tree. On the other side of the house was the view of Salt Lake Valley and we had entertainment each night as the sun went down. The beds were all extremely comfortable and the sheet were very high end. We loved this house and will return each year. It is the kind of house you rent that you want to return too each year. Thanks again Adam and Austin for offering such a beautiful and luxurious home on VRBO.
