Mary’s house was fantastic and the location was everything we could ask for. I was surprised that the house didn’t have a waterpark like it was mentioned in the listing. Also the camera’s and security while on property was something we had to adjust to, but we appreciate that there is an interest in keeping things secured.

Our stay at this VRBO could not have been better. The house is big enough for a large family and more. The host communicated with us clearly and they were very accommodating. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with anything we needed. The hot tub was a hit with the entire family and our kids loved watching movies in the large theater room. The deer in the morning wondering in the yard were fun to wake up to and the view of the lights from the back yard into the valley was stunning. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our third time staying at this home for our winter vacation. Mary has always been very accessible and responsive. Check in is easy with the door code. The kitchen is well stocked, and the garage and driveway are large. We spent every evening in the theater room, watching Netflix and just hanging out together. The cul de sac is quiet but close to restaurants and ski resorts. There were a couple of minor appliance damages from prior renters when we arrived, mainly cosmetic, which Mary was aware of and taking care of. Overall, this home is spacious and family friendly. The best part of this home is the long dining table, which allowed us to all eat together.

We loved our stay! Plenty of room for our large family Christmas, we loved the theater room and hot tub. House is definitely older but any maintenance issues were handled promptly by the host and we would definitely stay here again. Beautiful views of the mountains and 24 min to Snowbird!

Great home for large groups!

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood -- beautiful mountain views. Owner was very good about instructions and communication. Great theater room and pool table on the downstairs level. Plenty of space to gather and socialize (we had groom's and bride's immediate families all staying in the house).

We had a great time

We enjoyed our stay here. We loved that all the grandkids could eat together at the large table and adults at the kitchen table. We enjoyed the various places to gather and play games, watch movies, and be together. We also loved the large lawn for soccer and spotting a few deer throughout our stay.

Excellent VRBO Home

This house is in a beautiful setting, is very clean and well maintained. We had 12 Adults and 6 children staying in the house and it was very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is well stocked and has many appliances. There is plenty of dining space. The hosts are exceptional to work with and are there to make sure issues (if any) are resolved. This stay exceeded our expectations.

Nice House

Nice House. A million rules everywhere about everything seems kinda excessive but was a nice house comfy beds in the bedrooms some guests complained the bunk beds were not comfortable. Hot tub was nice but under constant surveillance which is awkward. Theater was cool. And back deck was awesome. Check in was easy.

A mixed experience

I stayed here with some friends (we’re all professionals in our 50s). On the positive side, the location of the house is great for skiing Little or Big Cottonwood Canyons. Also the kitchen does have most of what you’d need to cook a meal. The big challenge for us was the shocking number of signs around the house telling you what you can’t do, e.g., bring a glass of water anywhere in the house other than the kitchen or dining room (related - why are there coasters next to the beds?). Also the host’s comments related to watching all of the video footage from outside the house is just creepy. Finally I wouldn’t describe the house as luxurious. It’s a rental furnished with the basics.

Family Trip 2025

House is just as advertised. We only had a small group of 6 but it could easily handle more than twice that amount. Well stocked and plenty of beds. Easy access to the mountains when the road is not closed. (Snowbird/Alta received 43 inches of snow the 4 days we were there) Would certainly use this house again.

Moms girls trip, year 2

This has become a tradition with my friends and I after Christmas. We book this vrbo in Sandy for a staycation and it’s just the best. Comfortable, cozy, and beautiful views. Mary the host is there via phone or text 24/7 and is so kind. We will be back again for sure.

Ski Property

House is perfect to ski in the Cottonwood Canyons. Our entire family loved this house. Plenty of room and lots to do if you want to take a day off from skiing. Would definitely recommend this property and plan to return.
