Amy and Joe made us feel at home and even gave us great skiing tips! The place was super tidy with comfortable beds and a great kitchen.We will stay there again if available!

Joe and Amy have a beautiful place. Checking in was super easy. Joe came and introduced himself and offered ideas for our stay. I told him we had a full plate because we were just visiting for a Volleyball tournament that my daughter played in. Their place was beautiful and clean. Much better than staying at a hotel. It actually felt like home. We loved using the grill and hanging out in the outdoor space. Over all it was well equipped with the basic necessities from the bathroom to the kitchen. If we have another tournament in Utah I hope their place is available.

Exceptionally clean, well-maintained apartment in the lower level of the host’s home. Very private, on a quiet street in central location. Amy was wonderful, highly recommend this property.

This is a wonderful place to stay and it had everything we needed. So welcoming and comfortable, honestly, I can't say enough good things! It really exceeded our expectations.

Dogs

Very nice place to stay close to almost everything.The only thing wrong was nothing was mentioned about dogs coming down when sitting outside and when having dinner the dogs were barking nonstop.

Place was beautiful and perfect for the location proximity to friends in Provo, Salt Lake City and Park City. Large open space for common areas. Would recommend a different cleaning agent as the lingering scent triggered a reaction so I must need to ask for that going forward. Water pressure for showing was awesome and we enjoyed how quickly it heated up. Somewhat noisy with family living directly above the mother in law space and we could hear the calling and talking above us. We were not there much so wasn’t an issue overall. Beds were comfortable and generally a great place to stay.

Stay over rest for long drive

The suite is very big and roomy,fully stocked,every thing you could need. We slept well, it was quiet and the bed was perfect, firm but soft, highly recommend this accommodation

Beautiful and a great fit

This mother-in-law suite was magnificent. Simple and beautiful with all the amenities and more. Plenty of seating, family games, baby items, and comfortable beds too. The area of this home was pretty as well. It was a great fit for our family. We'll definitely be back.

At the risk of this unit becoming so popular that it prices me out of the market, I have to be totally honest and say that the unit was just perfect for us. Amy and Joe are the best hosts you could ask for. Do you like to cook? The chef’s kitchen is a dream come true for foodies. The yard for dog runs was not fully enclosed but it’s such a pretty view from the yard right on the Jordan River and you need Vitamin D anyway.The bedrooms have pedestal “grandma “ beds that took me back to my childhood so soft and comfortable. Flat screen TVs in the great room and both bedrooms. It is a “basement ”-type, MIL unit but the vibe is so welcoming, peaceful, and the neighbors have big smiles and friendly waves. I loved our time here. While there our daughter delivered our grandson and Amy & Joe brought by a fruit basket to help mark the occasion. It’s the little unsolicited things like that that are so telling about the heart of a person. They are good people and provide a great little break from life with this really wonderful MIL unit. It is worth every penny of the total price. Count on that

We had a great stay this week! Amy and Joe’s place is absolutely beautiful, very clean, comfortable and has all the amenities you could need. They are very friendly hostesses, with quick communication and there to help with anything you need.The bedroom linens and mattresses are cozy and very comfortable. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal, stocked with spices, gadgets, and a variety of small appliances. We stayed for the week, so having the washer and dryer in the unit came in handy to be able do laundry. The weather in Utah this week was extremely hot, but their AC worked fantastic! It was very nice to have such comfortable cool air, especially as we slept!We loved our stay and will be back!

This was our second visit, and we wish we could give it "10 stars" because everything was absolutely fantastic! It’s the perfect getaway for relaxation and family fun. Joe and Amy are amazing hosts. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of extras. The beds are very comfortable, and parking is easy. The location is right in the middle of town, providing convenient access to all the ski mountains. Will definitely be back next year!!!!!!

The kitchen, living were open concept floors etc. it was as advertised, clean and modern. There was some trouble with the dishwasher that the host handled immediately and fixed the problem. We enjoyed the space, the area was perfect. Had a great stay.
