Comfortable with nice amenities

This home had a very nicely stocked kitchen with a good inventory of basic staples from seasonings, to coffee, to shower soaps. The only issue we had was lighting the grill, but that was a minor issue and the owner was super responsive. Ultimately a great experience and would stay there again.

Great house with lots of amenities

We stayed here with our adult children in a group of five. The home was very nice and had a lot of activities. Since we arrived on Christmas Day, the host was kind enough to pick up some food for us in the fridge!

Great place for a family get away

Great place for easy access to many fun events in Salt Lake. Loved that there was a game room to entertain my college age and high school age kids. The hot tub was an added bonus. We would stay again.

Ski Week

This was was fantastic house for a group of friends and family for a ski vacation. Location is central to all of the local ski resorts in the area. The house layout was great with multiple areas for folks to relax and gather.

Graduation family gathering

We thoroughly enjoyed being together and had a fun "game" night with tons of giggles. The kitchen was stocked well for us to make family dinners. Thank you for allowing our dogs, they had fun playing in the back yard on the lawn.

Nice stay

The positives: This property is exactly as described, clean, nicely decorated and well-appointed. Was perfect for our group of 9. Kitchen had most everything you’d need.Hot tub clean & hot, with nice beach towels to use. The negatives: They advertise it for up to 12 but the only way that’s possible is if sleeping on the couch or on air mattresses. Also if you stay in the winter, use lots of caution going down the front steps—very slippery & they were out of salt. My husband slipped fully down the stairs. Also, no Ooni, though it’s in one of the pictures.

West Valley City House

Pros: 1/ Easy check in; 2/ clean house; 3/ pet friendly; 4/ centralized location; 5/ very responsive and friendly host; 6/ owners managed to stop by for minor hiccups after a snow storm;7/ great back yard; 8/ great game room Cons: 1/ house is considered 5bdrms-2baths-bottom bathroom is somehow not so functional if you are all adults full house; 2/ Hot tub outside has not been cleaned for quite some time; 3/ one of the bottom bedrooms(next to bathroom) has a water leak from behind the bed wall; 4/no bathroom/powder room on mail floor. Overall we had a pleasant stay here.

Great Family Venue

We stayed here for a long weekend over our daughter’s college graduation weekend. Great space outside for entertaining and the kitchen is very well stocked! Great fenced yard that our two small dogs loved. Lots of stairs throughout the house so keep that in mind if you have older people like we did-we made it work and it was fine though. We had a wonderful time at this property!

Misleading listing

Listing was very misleading. We are very easy going and this was our 15 annual trip and never been as disappointed. Game room - Xbox did not have a power cord. This was our 15th annual ski trip, and we specifically chose this house because we have a tradition of having a madden video game tournament, which we could not do. futon that contributed to the additional sleeping numbers was not present. Pool table was unusable due to the felt peeling and was in horrible shape. House claims to sleep 14 but could only accommodate maximum 10 in beds, especially considering the futon in the game room was not present Hot tub was slimy and needs to be cleaned. We paid a premium for the house because it had a hot tub and it was barely usable. House claims to accommodate 14 but there were minimal towels available. We had to do laundry multiple times during the week to have shower towels. Lamp in the upstairs king bedroom did not work. Bedroom 5 is misleading as you can only access it through the downstairs bathroom. If someone is using the bathroom you’re trapped in your room until they’re done. Kitchen - stove was dirty upon arrival. Fridge had open food that needed to be thrown away aside from condiments. Dish washer was full of dirty dishes and had not been run. Basement rooms did not have actual heat and the owner gave attitude about how to solve the problem with space heaters which were not discussed ahead of time Downstairs bathroom - the entire bathroom floods when you use the shower, limiting us to one shower for 12 guests. Fan in the downstairs bathroom did not work either.

Cozy

The house was roomy but yet cozy, enjoyed having a separate area from the living room to watch tv and the game room was really fun for our grandchildren and adults. Centrally located to shopping but yet far enough from the hubbub to notice it was so close. The management was ever so quick to respond to any needs we had.
