Guests are required to purchase a protection plan, which is added to the booking total. This plan provides coverage for accidental damages during your stay.

We have seen a recent uptick in fraud and theft by guests and so we need to keep track of who is staying with us. TRUVI will contact you via email and/or text to complete the ID verification. 1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered. 2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am. 3. The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware. 4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property. 5. The cleaning that you pay for is to pay for how you find the home. Please leave it as you found it when you first arrived (more or less). If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently after you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee, price depends how long it takes to clean up after you (we hire 3rd party cleaners to come clean). We don’t expect you to scrub the home but simply pick up your trash and leave it decent enough that your mom would be proud! (= 6. Standard check-out is 10 am. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout and a fee will apply. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. 7. Standard check-in is at 4pm. Early check-in must be requested at time of booking and is subject to availability. The fee is $20/hr. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time. 8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items. Please message us if you need extra items. 9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. 10. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail. 11. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff. 12. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft. 13. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance outside. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. The camera is on and recording. 14. Any unauthorized guests staying over will be charged an extra $100/night/guest 15. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back 16. Please do not wash hair down the drain, no one likes clogged drains and we all know how problematic hair and drains can be, please treat it as your own home. Flush it down the toilet or throw it in the garbage bins provided. 17. Please do not lose the key fob or parking pass, if you do, there is a $300 charge to replace it.

Very communicative host, convenient location and nice amenities. The balcony was a pleasant place to relax. The Saturday farmers market was right there and quite delightful. There wasn’t a corkscrew, so we left one there for future guests ;-)

Convenient downtown apartment
The apartment is just as listed. It was super clean with new appliances and furniture. We enjoyed the balcony and having large screen tvs in both the living area and bedroom. The apartment is in an area downtown undergoing urban renewal and there are many homeless on the streets. But the security of this building is OUTSTANDING. We opted for the underground parking. That combined with security key fobs for the elevator and doors made our stay safe and relaxing. We would highly recommend staying here.

This stay was very disappointing. The unit had overwhelming odors, was not properly cleaned, and had an immense amount of animal hair throughout. Basic items like washcloths were missing, the bathmat was dirty, and the washer smelled strongly of mildew. I also discovered dirty laundry left behind on the bedroom floor from a previous guest.The lack of communication from the host made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, the property did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or comfort.

I booked this unit for two separate weekends but canceled the second after my experience during the first stay.The unit is in a rough part of town, which I was willing to overlook for the value. Check-in was cumbersome and not digital, but again I was willing to look past that given the price. Unfortunately, the condition of the unit was unacceptable. The floors were black and sticky, the bathmat was clearly unwashed, and dirty laundry was left in the bedroom. There was an overwhelming smell of strong cleaner inside, while the common areas smelled of drugs. Basic items like washcloths were missing, the washer smelled too bad to use, and animal hair was built up along the baseboards. I even found a banana peel left under the couch.I attempted to communicate my concerns, but the host showed very little care or concern.
