A wonderful place that perfectly served as a home base for us in SLC along with our dog. She LOVED the yard, which of course was our top priority. :) Great location, adorable house, we would definitely stay here again.

The hot tub was set at 95, and we had to turn it up and couldn't use it for several hours, it was very clean and stayed warm once it got to temp. Several light bulbs were burnt out. The place was clean, it's a unique older home with lots of quirks. It lists there are two futons, but we did not see any. Also there is no kettle as listed. There was a delay when we asked for a late checkout. Host responded that there would be a "small fee" but when I asked what that would be there was not a response until after we checked out 18 hours later. I did love the location of this place! The landscape could use some attention. My teen kids loved the pool table, but there was only one pool stick that wasn't broken and it too was a little bent. Overall it was a nice place to stay. I'd come back just for the location.

4th of July trip!

We had a great stay! It’s an older house so everything isn’t perfect but we still had a good time! The hosts were responsive when we needed anything! Had a great yard for our pups and a great spot to watch the fireworks without having to leave the house!

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed staying here for a few days. Location was great and close to everything. Beds were comfortable and my pup enjoyed the yard too. Kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place

Had a surgery and needed a cozy comfy place and this place did just that. Roomy house and the furniture was on point with comfy beds. Thank you for letting us stay. Definitely will book again.

This house is in a great area - close to the mountains as well as nice restaurants and shops. The hot tub and yard are great. We selected this listing because it states that there are 3 beds 2 futons. The futons are actually just the couch sections pushed together. Just a clarifying point for future guests looking for more than 3 beds.The main reason I am giving a lower rating, is host communication. Upon arrival, we reached out to the host requesting additional linens and pillows for the couch/futon. We hadn't heard back after 4 hours so decided to pick up our own, which is fine, however when we returned back to the rental, someone was inside the house, delivering the linens. It was a little unnerving to return to someone inside the house with no heads-up. A few days later, someone was in the yard servicing the hottub, but again no heads-up from the host. Better communication would have been appreciated.

Family vacation

We had a great time on our trip to Salt Lake. This property is in a great neighborhood with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The house was comfortable and spacious. The yard was great for our two dogs. We would definitely stay again.

Great ski trip, great host

After some communication error with house cleaners, our host, Constantine certainly stepped up with another property in the neighborhood that was larger and available. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend any of his SLC properties

Great stay!

This property was absolutely perfect for us! We had our dogs with us and the backyard was enclosed so they could play without us worrying about them. The house was very clean and comfortable and was very close to great restaurants! Would definitely stay there again!

Great little get away place.

This worked great for my family of 6 on a weekend get-a-way. Manager was very prompt on any questions and reached out in plenty of time before arrival for us.

Clean, vintage home. Great location close to St. Marks. Magnificent mountain views from the backyard. Disappointing that the home was devoid of the decor that appealed to us in the photos but maybe that’s been remedied.

Perfect for us

Drove in from Ohio with our two older dogs visiting family. As they have younger children, wanted to give them space and also a place to give us some privacy at the end of the day. The house was perfect for us, plenty of privacy, very clean and well kept, great view of the mountains, quiet and comfortable. As we were only here in the late evenings and over night, the house had more amenities than we had use for. We will def look for availability the next time we’re in town. Thank you for a great place.

Great location and great for family/friends

Property manager was very responsive with any questions we had. Property/house is very spacious, good for a crew. Property is in great location. Grocery store 1 block away. Enjoyed this place, will stay here again next year.

Great location!

Our family had a wonderful week of winter and ski trip. This house was very convenient to access the slopes and the city. It seems better suited for 6 people than for 8. We loved the living room space and the kids liked the downstairs room.

Ski trip

Check in process got off and the property was not cleaned. HOWEVER, communication was great and they made it right. Great host and great communicator/responder/etc. Great recovery. Would definitely recommend owned.

Good future VRBO property

The house was perfect for a family gathering complete with a lot of space, each room having a king bed, large sitting area, pool table and a smoker available for use. Thee were some hiccups early with the cleanliness of the property,; but, the owner was quick to rectify any problems!
