The Coz was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and convenient to where we needed to be. Everything was as described. We felt fortunate to be able to stay there!

Home was very clean and comfortable. Main bedroom bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Very cozy with fireplaces in living room and main bedroom. Waterfall shower with heat lamp in bathroom was very relaxing. Host was friendly and house was easy to get to. I recommend staying here!

The basement space was quiet and private. I didn't spend much time in the back yard but it looks clean and cozy. The in unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher were awesome.

The place is great for skiing trips, especially if you like going into either little for big cottonwood canyons. As always the hosts are great.

The host was very friendly. The area was super cute! This is the perfect couples get away for skiers. I’ll definitely come back. Very clean and remodeled very well.

Yes, it was “Cozy,” but actually it felt very spacious and comfortable. Very clean, thoughtfully prepared for most any guest needs. Comfortable bed and bedding options. Massage chair was a unique bonus. Saved this for future return visits!

Very clean, updated and conveniently located to the mountains (30 min drive to Alta/Snowbird). I would highly recommend the Coz as it was perfect for 3 of us (can fit 4 people). We had everything we needed and looking forward to renting here again!

I've never stayed in a more well-appointed, comfortable property. The kitchen had everything, the master memory foam bed was extremely comfortable, and the massage chair was the best addition to a rental property I've ever experienced. This place deserves 6 stars....

The Coz is an amazing place! Clean, quiet and containing all the necessary amenities. Troy is an exceptional host. It is located in the perfect place for skiing, hiking or mountain biking. 10 stars!!!

Very cool place! Private, quiet setting. We found it very easy to get to several ski resorts. Plenty of restaurants. Very comfortable beds. Good bathroom and shower (important after a day skiing). The massage chair was a big hit, too. Bottom line: We will stay here again.
