"Poor management and maintenance. Place feels like sleeping in a house that has sold the night before the movers come for the last of the furniture. Communication with host non existant. Dirty, sticky floors throughout. Used chewing gum stuck to pool deck. Many things broken and missing. Really disappointing."

"We did not have high expectations, however it was very similiar to staying in student housing. We had to clean many dishes before we used them. It is a run down house. The queen beds were comfortable. Burn Mark on the sheets.!The shower was clean. Overall we were not comfortable in the environment and wanted to leave as quickly as possible."

"Although the Rita Suite was clean, comfortable and roomy, and it is in a great location, we found it lacked some basic amenities for travelers such as: Salt and Pepper, cooking oil, servettes, extra roll of paper towel, and sufficient amount of coffee pods for the length of our stay.
