"전체적으로는 불만이 없으나, 예약 확인 시스템이 잘 안 되어서 프런트에서 예약 확인 프로세스에 문제가 있는 듯했다."

"Buena"

"It was an enjoyable stay with a well kept sauna , staff was friendly and helpful, though there was some language barrier (need to use google translate to communicate). Lockers were insufficient in the sauna as mostly are locked(not sure why even though there was only 1-2 people inside). Could also improve on the flexibility of providing cleaning service (no need mention everyday need cleaning, make it an everyday cleaning exempt which day no need). "Will likely stay again."

"Habitación limpia"

"La atencion del personal es de gran calidad y las instalaciones con muchos servicios. Lo recomiendo bastante "

"Very kind staff, they made us feel welcomed and accommodated every request we made. They consistently refilled every amenity from the room without us having to ask. The room was pretty big for an Asian hotel, so we really appreciated that. We recommend booking with them."

"El hotel es agradable, limpio y amplio. El staff es muy atento, puedes dejar tu equipaje y salir a explorar. Hay cafeterías y restaurantes alrededor"

"Staff were polite and kind, and extremely helpful. English proficiency was adequate to ensure I checked in easily. Parking was very generous; I never had an issue finding a spot to park in the whole weekend. Property was clean, well maintained, and presented few issues. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Excelente hotel, lamentablemente lejos de cualquier medio de transporte."

"A clean room, good mattress, good quality bed sheets. Staff is super nice, always there at front lobby. Ready to help any needs you might have. I've stay here before and revisiting did not disappoint. I would definitely can recommend this place and would visit again."

"Hotel location was in a great, lots of restaurants nearby within 1 block. Modern hotel, but kinda dark inside. Main Entrance to hotel was in a weird place and hard to find. It was right next to the entrance to underground parking garage but sideways, so hard to see from street. Look for sign. Parking included was nice, but tight driving in only 1 car can drive in or out at a time. Checking in, staff was not friendly, he look liked he was tired and didn't really want to help. Breakfast...

"My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for one week. The big tub that was included with the room came in handy for a hot soak after a long day of walking and sore legs. towels are located near the hotel entrance. Shower room came stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Room also had a nice speaker to play music. Free bottled water was left near the elevator. Many restaurants/corner stores within walking distance remain open until 11pm-2am. Hotel is located 2 blocks away from the...
