"Great location and excellent breakfast buffet"

"Habitación "

"Instalaciones muy buenas"

"Excellent facilities like a gym, and swimming pool (although you need to reserve ahead for an allotted period. Highly recommend the afternoon one). Front desk ladies are so helpful too. Breakfast buffet is worth for the quality. The hotel is in an excellent location for shopping with a mall, Ikea, Costco nearby. KTX Gwangmyeong station is in 5 minute walk. If one needs a taxi, I would recommend getting one at the station. Overall, a very nice place to stay."

"Bien hubicado"

"Personal amigable. Buenas instalaciones.

"absolutely amazing to have a sauna and spa in the hotel so you can have a soak at anytime. i didn’t try the breakfast this time but definitely will next time!"

"It is a nice hotel for a relaxing family stay. The facilities and amenities are well equipped, and everything is convenient to use. However, the staff members do not seem to be as thoroughly trained as you would expect at a luxury hotel. The service does not feel particularly polished or well standardized, and there seems to be a lack of clear guidelines for how staff should communicate with and respond to guests. Overall, the level of professionalism in guest service could be improved."

"This stay was a great one. I enjoyed the free breakfast and how close it was to a train station and the airport bus. Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay. I had a little trouble finding the hotel as the map led me to another location but other than that my stay was a good one."
