The flat is ideally situated in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Neighbourhood and activities:
- Right in the heart of the old town, you’ll have everything close by.
- Restaurants, a cheese shop, a grocery shop, a butcher’s, a fishmonger’s, a wine shop, a café and a brasserie – everything is within walking distance.
- The museums, the Cathedral and the walk along the ramparts; guided tours are available by contacting the tourist office at Porte St-Vincent, at the foot of the ramparts on the outside.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, please note that public parking is subject to a charge on all streets within the Intra-Muros area, as well as in the car parks surrounding Intra-Muros.

- St Malo Intra-Muros is served by bus routes 2, 3 and 9.
- Saint-Malo railway station: 2 km (30 metres on foot) or bus line 2.
- Rennes Airport: 70 km to Rennes Saint-Jacques
- Ferries to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey depart from the ferry terminal, a 5-minute walk away.
- From Place St-Vincent, you’ll find buses and coaches departing for all areas of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train for a guided historical tour of the town.
- Dinard by shuttle boat from the Dinan jetty; the crossing takes 10 minutes.

To gain access to your accommodation, you can choose between:

- self-check-in: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 9 Avenue Jean Jaurès, 450 metres from the station, a 30-minute walk from the property or a 5-minute drive away; the nearest bus stop to the Keycafé is ‘Sécurité Sociale’, lines 2 and 8.

- a welcome on arrival: in this case, you will be met on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you round the flat and hand over the keys.
