"Die Wohnung liegt in zentraler Lage in Saint-Servan. Es ist nicht weit zu den Stränden, Geschäften und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt. Dazu gehören ein Garten und ein Parkplatz. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. "

"We have spent a week in this appartment, last July. The location is incredible, in the old town centre, but at the same time so quiet. It is situated in a corner of a nice square. There are five windows and all face the street. Very clean, and the forniture is almost brand new, Veronique welcomed us with several french tipycal amenities. "We enjoyed 5 fabulous days at this apartment with our two kids. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space. The location is perfect!! We walked to the beach everyday and were surrounded by more great restaurants than we could possibly try. My only complaint is the seagulls! They yell all night long no matter where you are, so bring some ear plugs and keep the windows closed at night. Other than that, we had a perfect stay. We will definitely be back! "

"Très bel appartement en tout point conforme avec le descriptif. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire qui se déplace à la gare pour venir nous chercher, idem pour le retour et prend même le temps de nous conduire à une supérette pour les premières courses à notre arrivée. Très belle vue sur la mer, au calme et excellente situation à Saint-Malo à mi-chemin entre les thermes et intra-muros."
