The house is beautifully appointed, private and on a nice canal. Within walking distance to the very nice marina. Rum Runners is great for lunch or dinner, on the water. So clean and the hosts are so very nice, attentive and respond very quickly. Very gracious hosts! The pool is a highlight and the spa heats up quickly. The game room is great, has a poker table and chips. The kitchen is amazing and totally stocked with everything you might need. They have weights and a ping pong table in the garage complete with a beautiful BMW you can rent from the hosts. We absolutely loved our stay and will go back. Cape Coral is very laid back and we enjoyed Fort Myers too. Great beach. Awesome Putt-Putt course in Fort Myers, 28 holes, very upper crust, $20/pp and you can feed the alligators there. (Smuggler’s Cove).

Family trip

We had a great time during our stay. We had several young children and they were kept happy and entertained between the pool, "beach" area, fishing, and using our boats that were able to be docked (not in the boat lift). There was plenty of space for our family. Any questions or concerns were quickly addressed by the management company and the owner.

Extensive fees from Vacasa and bad service

The home is perfectly located for boaters , nice view from the second floor . Pool and boat lift are in a very good shape , all bedrooms are very clean and nice. Bad kommunikation with Vacasa ( Prop. Management ) . These Guys are expansive ( 549.- just for the damage waiver... ) but could NOT give us the right entry code for the lower floor. fortunately the home owner helped us with that... Nice Home but watch out with Vacasa and their fees... Ingolf

Awesome Quiet Island Time!

We really enjoyed this home. It’s two large homes in one. Perfect for our big family. We liked the close location to the bars and restaurants as well as short idle time out to the Intercoastal Waterway! We loved the house so much that we already rented it again for next year!

Wonderful!

Beautiful home! 2 families with ample space for all. Plenty of seating indoor and out. Rented golf carts for the week and a boat for a day. Saw so many manatees.

Great family vacation!

We had a great time at this property. The location was awesome and the house and pool were beautiful. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location for boating was perfect. The host was easy to communicate with and readily available.

Our family of 8 had an amazing time at this beautiful property. Plenty of room for everyone with all the indoor living space and outdoor areas as well. The pool was amazing! 10/10 recommend. We would definitely come back again.

Family Vacation

Pool, hot tub, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms = perfect setup for our 6 person, all adult, family stay. Upstairs screen porch was our recap with cocktails at the end of each day location. The separate 'apartment' downstairs was great for my fairly newlywed son and daughter in law to have some separation. Loved looking for manatees swiming in the canal.

Great quiet getaway

Lovely spacious home located on a quiet canal. Plenty of room for us to both spread out as well as comfortably gather together . If you are looking for a loud active night life place, look elsewhere. If you want down time with your family, enjoying the pool, watching the manatees swim by and getting a great night’s sleep, this home was perfect.

Great House

Great House, Everything went well,5 grown men and a bunch of mermaid decor what could go wrong, Enjoyed Phuzzys boat shack restaraunt less than a mile away and Fresh Seafood Market right beside Fuzzy's, Grilled Shrimp on the Back Patio, Winn Dixie- 8 miles away, Everything went well, Hot tub worked great, Heated Pool needed a little more heat, Would stay here again

Excellent house with plenty of space for our family

We had the opportunity to get out fishing which was great, rented a boat for a day and spent a day by the poolside. We enjoyed our morning coffee sitting on the "beach" Adirondack chairs.
