The house was clean, well equipped, comfortable and convenient. Overall this house was one of our best short term rental experiences. However the screen porch needs repair to be able to enjoy it when the mosquitoes are out - most of the time - and some of that furniture needs replacing.

The house was great, very clean and spacious, fit our needs with 7 adults and 2 children. The pool was very nice. Our complaints were that there was an issue on the island that we didn't have running water for 2 days, and that we were required to wash the towels prior to checking out. This was a little difficult with an early morning flight.

We had a great stay, loved riding bikes through the neighborhood and on the beach. Little bit of a haul to the beach with all our gear but definitely walkable. House fit us all easily. Kitchen stocked but could use some more serving utensils and a griddle. We would stay here again.

Great for a family vacation

This property was great for our group. There were two downstairs bedrooms which was essential for our elderly guests that have trouble with stairs. The kitchen was well-stocked, as were the bathrooms, bedrooms, and laundry room. We enjoyed the charcoal grill and multiple porches. There is direct beach access at the back of the property with a wooden boardwalk, roughly a 3 minute walk out to the beach. Plenty of space under the house for outdoor gear storage. Great place and would recommend.

Very nice and convenient location

Perfect layout for 3 adult couples. Each couple enjoyed king size beds and their on bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. Plenty of places to walk with a nice wooden boardwalk to beach.Very convenient location close to many good restaurants. Nice kitchen although we didn’t do any major cooking. Although it doesn’t state there is coffee maker in the description, there was both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.We all agreed that we would recommend to any group visiting the area.

Property was nice but didn't supply amenities as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Had to make run to store to purchase. The bedrooms were great but the living/eating/cooking area was a little small for a group of six adults and 4 kids.

Blissful vacation

Simply incredible. Beautifully newly updated home overlooking both the ocean and the marsh. Excellent sleeping options with comfortable bedding. This house all the amenities of home. Excellent hosts and property managers who are responsive to requests. Look forward to staying here again next year.

Quiet retreat

We enjoyed our stay so much. The entire process of booking was very smooth thanks to Aimee Cosson. She was a lifesaver when I needed anything!! The home was clean and quiet. Relaxation was our top priority. We will definitely be back. Additional seating in the living room area is needed, but other than that, everything was perfect. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
