Or stay here couldn’t have been better! The condo was beautiful and sparkling clean when we arrived. The view of the marsh was breathtaking, and it was a very short walk to the pool and the beach. Rip Island is a wonderful place to stay as a couple as a family as a group! There is so much to do and so much fun to be had. Our host was wonderful and very great at communicating. We will definitely come back without hesitation if invited.

Everything was just as stated, and Steve’s communication before and during our stay was amazing. We love Fripp, and it was great to be back and have the cart to tool around at night and to the beach access we prefer. If you’re hesitant to book, you shouldn’t be - this is a great condo in a perfect location.

Summer vacation ‘25

Very happy with the condo unit. First time staying anywhere around the mid island area. Location was great. Close to all activities and amenities. Condo was just as described by owners. Great updates throughout entire unit in every room. Very clean and kept up. Great screened in porch area overlooking the canal and marsh. Great communication from property owners. Definitely would recommend to others.

Beautiful!

Absolutely beautiful place with all the comforts of home. From booking to checkout, Steve and Millie made the process easy and stress free with excellent communication and instructions. Our villa was immaculate and smelled amazing when we walked in. They provided everything you need (dishes, cookware, utensils)to make meals at home if you’re not inclined to go out to eat after a day at the beach or pool. And the sunsets from the balcony were amazing! Nothing I can think of would’ve made our stay better. Excellent!

Highly Recommend!

The owners are very responsive and the place was very clean. Fripp is not an inexpensive place to visit but I felt we definitely got what we paid for. The back deck has a gorgeous view and the unit is centrally located. We would rent from the owners again without hesitation. Thank you for having us!

Anniversary Trip

Celebrated our 40th Anniversary. We loved the condo and will definitely be staying here again . Golf cart came with the condo and we loved riding around the island. Owner was very nice and accommodating. Always very quick to respond to any questions we had .

We had the best time! The condo was very clean, easy access to the beach, and beautiful views from the back porch. Huge plus with the golf cart to scoot around on the island and enjoy all the views and wildlife. Steve was very wonderful to deal with and communicated very well and very quick to respond. We will most definitely be back in the future! Excellent location, place and property manager!!

We had a delightful stay here. The condo was extremely clean and so comfortable! Great location right on the marsh - wonderful view on screened porch with rockers. The condo had everything we needed and had some nice upgrades. We give it 5 stars!

Excellent Property

Can’t say enough about this place. The communication we had with the owners before and during our visit was great, didn’t have to worry about a thing. Unit was clean and furnished with everything we needed when we got there. Good view of the marsh from the screened in porch. Golf cart and amenity cards available really added to the experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location!

This was our first trip to Fripp Island and we will definitely be back! The property was extremely clean and very comfortable for our family of four for the week. We enjoyed cruising and exploring the island on the golf cart. The pools were nice and we enjoyed some of the restaurant options on the island, as well as a few places that were a close drive. The beach is gorgeous and not overcrowded. Easy and quick communication with the owner when needed. We could not have been more pleased with our time at this property!

Excellent Stay

The property was as advertised. Excellent location. We had a great experience with Steve the owner. He answered all of our questions and provided great recommendations. The amenity cards were useful and the golf cart was essential. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

Steve was very prompt in his communication with us. They are in the process of preparing the parking lot to be repaved. Steve prepared us for that prior to our arrival. We have stayed at the Beach Villas before in a different unit. Steve's was much more fresh and updated than the other unit we stayed in. Fripp Island has become a favorite destination for our family.

Highly recommend and will definitely be back

Steve was very communicative and gave us all kinda of info about the island and everything around and kept in touch on the day of our arrival. The condo was very clean and nice and taken care of and the kitchen had everything you could need or want and in a good location to everything. The screened in back porch was a plus and we used it just about everyday. The beds and couches where very comfortable. And the bathrooms where very clean. We will definitely be back!

Great condo and great location!

We loved this condo for the week. The location is an easy walk to the beach when you are carrying everything, or an even quicker walk when it's just coffee or wine! The condo was spotless and very comfortable. The furniture is very nice, the beds and pillows were very comfortable too. The kitchen had a great assortment of utensils and plenty of dishes. The screened deck was great - we sat out there every morning and evening almost. There is a back staircase off the deck leading to the grill and dock, making it easy to access. Met a couple of neighbors who were owners and everyone is super friendly at Fripp. Communication with Steve & Millie was great - they sent us all the info we needed and the resort calendar even. We will definitely stay there again!

This place was perfect for us. Everything we needed or forgot to bring was provided. Loved the view out of the screened in porch. We will definitely come again and there is even room to bring friends.
