Great House

Have been renting in the Hamptons for 20 years for August. Needed a few weeks this year in July and grabbed this place. It was great from minute one. Owner made check in easy, house is user friendly, well appointed and the location was great. There weren’t any problems, but the owner was very responsive to our unique questions or requests. We will be back.

We had the perfect family vacation here! The home was spotless, the location was ideal, and communication was seamless from start to finish. We needed a baby crib, and Raymond went above and beyond by delivering a brand-new crib along with some lovely wines. The pool temperature was perfect for the little ones, making it a truly stress-free and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at this beautiful home close to town!

My sister, her husband and I were looking to stay in Sag Harbor for a fitness event and wanted to stay at a home near town. This home was not only close to town but was large, clean, comfortable, well equipped with great outdoor space and beautiful grounds, the pictures tell the whole story! To top it all off the owner Ray was accommodating, kind and very accessible. Don't miss staying at this five star, fantastic home in Sag Harbor!

Extremely Cute and Comfortable House in Sag Harbor

My husband and I spent a week visiting with friends and would 100% book this home again. Ray is an excellent host, extremely helpful and communicative. The beds were super comfortable, the decor was charming, sofas were comfy for chilling and watching tv on a rainy day, and we loved that the French doors in the living area/kitchen open directly onto the pool area and yard- super fun for entertaining. The house is about a 10 min walk to the center of Sag Harbor, with a really nice meat and cheese shop and market with breakfast/lunch a short stroll away. The price is more than fair and the house is incredibly cute and comfortable.

Everybody Loves Ray!!

What a wonderful week we had in Sag Harbor at Ray's property. My husband, teen daughter and 2 of her friends and our small pup. The property is close to town so the girls could walk on their own. It was also the right blend of luxury and comfortable for us. Ray and his assistant were very responsive as well. Enjoy your stay at this nice property!

Perfect July 4th holiday !

When you step into the house you feel like you're on vacation. The beautiful white kitchen and skylight plus a wall of doors leading out to the pool sets the perfect tone ! Ray is awesome and is extremely communicative and available at a moments notice ! Highly recommend this house for your hamptons get away!

Memorial Day Family Getaway

We stayed at this property for a family get together. It was very lovely, super clean and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the living room/kitchen area that looks out upon the heated pool with a beautiful backyard. The host was very communicative and responsive. It was close to town and the beach/harbor. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect week

My husband and our two teens stayed a week at this lovely Sag Harbor home. The layout is absolutely perfect for us. Our teens had there own space upstairs and had the ability to walk to the beach or the center of town. We loved our time here!

This house is perfect in every way!

It is a spotlessly clean house with every amenity imaginable. The property owner is terrific and always willing to help with any questions you may have. It's a really fun place to stay, near town and has great appliances, plenty of supplies and I think anyone would be happy to stay here. There are 3 bedrooms: 2 with queen beds and one room with 2 twin beds. It's perfect!

Sag Harbour Beauty

We had a great stay at Rays place. The house is beautiful and updated. The backyard and pool are also very well maintained. Having the doors and windows open to the backyard make you feel like you’re outside even while indoors. The communication with Ray was also great and he was very accommodating. We were able to walk in to town with our baby and dog a few times and drove 15 mins to the ocean side beaches. Would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to the Hamptons!

Quaint home and lovely host

This is a beautifully restored, charming home in Sag Harbor. I booked it to catch some overfill when a bunch of family came to town (we have a home in the village ourselves), and I would again. The kitchen is great for group cooking, the street is quiet, and the location is walkable to all the restaurants, etc, that Sag has to offer. The host is extremely helpful, thorough and responsive. Recommend!

Airy, quiet, well-designed small house; good kitchen; nice location. Lovely 2d-floor outdoor terrace. Cleaning: not clean upon arrival; clutter under beds, raggedy beach towels, over-used linens, dirty utensils. Owner super-responsive, replaced torn mattress cover, stored furniture for storm. Poor cellular, internet. Steep, challenging staircase; cluttered backyard.

Wonderful restful stay

The home is lovely - pool heated and welcoming with beautiful French doors which connect the living space to the backyard pool. Everyone loves Raymond because he is the best host - very communicative and generous. The house has everything you need. Pleasant short walk both to Sag Harbor town and to Havens beach on the bay. Highly recommend this property without reservation.

Quaint Sag Harbor Home

Ray has been our best host to date. From booking to check-in to check-out, he was available, accommodating and kind. The house was just as listed with all the things you will need to make your stay comfy and fun. Heated pool in Sag (even in July) is a must, it was perfect; we spent hours in and around the pool. My only caution is the odor of the home. I am super sensitive to odor and as with so many historical homes in Sag, this one too has a musty odor. It wasn't a deal breaker but it is intense. And if you aren't familiar with Sag, the location is perfect. It's quiet and easy to access main roads and downtown. Loved loved loved our stay here!

Beautiful house!

Highly recommend staying in this beautiful one of a kind house! It was fun finding all of the cool things this house has to offer. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was totally stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the temperature adjustments you can make on the pool was easily one of the nicest things. Ray stopped by to bring us something and we’re glad we got to meet him- he’s such a nice guy! The house is nicely located- an easy walk to a corner store, and a short drive to all of the restaurants and shops. Thank you Ray!
