"Poor check in experience, room was not ready at agreed time. After a long drive with multiple young kids, this is an issue. Once the room was ready, the staff did not offer to help us to the room and did not help us with our bags. This is not like a hotel, more like an old age home. Room itself was clean but the common areas were filthy. I would not recommend this accommodation."

"I had a great stay within these facilities and the staff were very accommodating and attentive. Room is exactly as advertised and clean and tidy. If I had one very minor comment would be to supply cups for the kettle (rather than glasses), but this was a very minor issue and we purchased them cheaply and left in the room."

"Great room for the price.id pass on breakfast. There was only three options. All were not appealing to me. But they do have a full menu and cafe with other options. Laundry service next to hotel for very cheap. Everyone was friendly and kind. Easy for taxi to find."

"The room looks tired and the bed and mattress were worn. Otherwise everything I needed was there. The aircon was good and the fridge was so good at keeping things cool, it turned my water into slushies. There is 7Eleven just over the road for snacks and any forgotten essentials. Good parking area, lovely staff and i felt safe there as a solo traveller."

"First night was really good then a spray something in the air and I could not stop sneezing. I had to shut off the air conditioning first night with the window open and I got eaten by mosquitoes the other three nights with the door closed and I was sweating like crazy. Nice place if you’re not allergic to all those different smells. "

"The hotel is old and in need of renovation but it is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is an affordable buffet in the morning and a 7 11 close by but no microwave oven in the room to heat food. The sky dome restaurant is excellent with good food good price and live entertainment. The hotel is 30 minutes by car to downtown shopping and airport. I enjoyed my stay and found it pleasant "
