Quiet neighborhood in good location

Very comfortable with a deluxe 5* bathroom in a lovely neighborhood. I was disappointed that there was no access to mainstream TV stations. Guests have to use their own streaming subscriptions. It was also curious that there are dishes, silverware, microwave, and refrigerator but no sink. It wasn’t a problem for me, because I didn’t do any food prep. Big plus is the safe and quiet neighborhood.

Perfect Romantic Getaway

This is the perfect local getaway spot outfitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clear instructions, easy entrance, clean and cozy room, and hosts are responsive. The extra large bathtub and double headed shower made it fun and easy to relax and unwind for the weekend.

Peaceful and quiet

The property was very nice. Quiet neighborhood clean and cozy. I enjoyed the big tub. The host was very responsive when I contacted them. I will definitely stay again when visiting family. My only request would be new blinds in the bathroom and a ceiling-to-floor curtain in the bathroom. I too felt a little exposed as another reviewer noted.

Luxury Hotel Experience for Competitive Price

The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Location only a 10-20 drive from anything you could desire. Beautiful bathroom and bedroom. We will 100% be using Sergey again if we ever need to travel to the area. Only thing left to be desired: Better pillows, covering over the top of the picture window in the bathroom, and more hand towels for washing up. All things considered, still a 5 ⭐ rating

Nice and roomy Large bathroom All the comforts of home Only one issue is the large uncovered window in bathroom which allows for easy viewing for prying eyes. Didn’t bother me , if they catch me naked serves them right however my wife is not as forgiving

Quiet, Clean, Large, Comfortable

Sergey's VRBO is a cut above. The room we had for two was very spacious with the bathroom/ master closet being the nicest we've seen. Two things I thought Sergey should be aware of: the bedroom fan is quite noisy at high speed, and one of the shower handles was very loose and may break. Otherwise, this is one of the nicest stays we've had in Sacramento thanks to this VRBO.

Property is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and freeway. Nicely decorated, very comfortable bed, huge bathroom with large tub and shower. We stayed 3 days and had no problems. Would recommend staying here and will stay on next visit to this area.

Would not recommend this property to anyone!

We were not advised that our room was also attached to two other properties. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on as though that person is in your room. On one side we had a screaming toddler that lasted until after 10pm and then adults went to bed and someone snored all night long. Again, walls are so poorly insulated it was as though he was in our room snoring. The people on the other side of our unit, had guests (you are not allowed to have any guests) and even after banging on the wall to get them to quiet down, they just banged on the wall back and kept on. Quiet time is suppose to be at 9pm, but I guess at this place, that is only a suggestion. We got absolutely no sleep Friday night and contacted Oxana the Property Manager and told her we were going to leave before the 11am check out time. We were suppose to be there two nights. We ended up having to check into a hotel. We will be filing a complaint with VRBO to get all of our payment back. This was a horrible experience!!!

Always use this vrbo when I come into town

Absolutely love the property! Only down point was the wifi company does not support mac products very well and had to leave to work virtually. However, Sergey replied promptly and tried to assist with the issue as best he could. Very much appreciated!!!
